  • Detta är ett enskilt familjhem på Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge. Vyerna är helt enkelt fantastiska. 1 kvarter från stranden. 3 drottning sovrum och 1 våningssäng rum för 4 personer. Det finns 2 badrum. En av de två duschar har ett badkar. Det finns ett pulverrum på första våningen och en utomhusdusch. Grundläggande kabel- och smart-tv i varje sovrum och bostadsområde. Våningssalen har kubbar med uttag / USB för laddning av elektronik. Våningssalen har också en Playstation 4. Känn dig fri att förvisa barnen på 3: e våningen. Handdukar (bad och strand) och sängkläder tillhandahålls. Solrummet är öppet mot vardagsrummet. Fyra solstolar finns tillgängliga. Grill tillgänglig. Adirondack stolar och eldstad i trädgården.

This is a great location and perfect for my family. Beach is across the street, with easy access, property has a yard, great for playing games, and the house itself was great.

Great Place to Stay

Family vacation

We had a fantastic time. The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach and beautiful views out back. Most mornings, we were pleased to watch the bald eagle out back. The home is well care for and has a great layout with plenty of space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Unbelievable stay! The house is stunning, had everything we needed, and location can’t be beat. The views at sunset were amazing. The owner has clearly put a lot of love and care into this home and we were so appreciative to spend a week in it! HIGHLY recommend.

Beautiful vacation

We had an amazing week with great weather. The house was beautiful with views of the marsh, sunsets and the resident bald eagle. Communication was prompt and the location couldn’t have been better. Can’t wait to go back!

Another great week!

Another great stay in one of our favorite spots! This home is in such an ideal location — just a quick two-minute walk to Wells Beach out front, and a private, peaceful backyard overlooking the marsh out back. We loved ending our evenings with sunsets by the fire pit. The house was just as clean and comfortable as we remembered — from the kitchen to the beds to the bright, open layout with all the windows. It’s such an easy place to relax and feel at home. Already looking forward to our next visit!

This property has all the amenities you’d want for a beach vacation. It has AC in the bedrooms, along with fans. It has an outdoor shower, and plenty of helpful beach gear if you forgot something. Updated outdoor seating in case the weather behaves and you can watch a beautiful sunset over the marsh.

4th summer at this house, and we will be back in 2026. Clean, walkable to the beach, amazing views, easy parking. We really enjoy the firepit in the backyard. Luckily was not too hot the week of our stay, but the bunk room gets quite hot with no ac or ceiling fan for the little kids that cant open the windows/door.
