  • Detta hus är nyligen renoverade, med alla nya möbler, vitvaror och möbler. Dessutom har huset central luftkonditionering. Den första våningen har ett vardagsrum med en utdragbar queen size soffa och ett sovrum med en dubbelsäng. Ett sovrum med en dubbelsäng vetter mot en skärmad i veranda. Ett badrum är också på denna nivå. Den andra nivån har fantastisk utsikt över träsket med ett vardagsrum och kök med öppen planlösning. Beautiful, well maintained property with a gorgeous view of the marsh Even with the hot temperatures we enjoyed the breeze on the back deck while star gazing. Close enough to the beach but tucked away in a peaceful spot. The home was welcoming and more than comfortable for 4 adults and 4 children. None of us wanted to leave!

Great spot for relaxing vacation!

Great location. Beautiful view of the marsh which we enjoyed from the second story deck everyday. Great yard for kids to play. High end appliances and new and clean overall. Wonderful place to vacation.

Perfect weekend getaway

This rental was perfect for my family. It was close to all the restaurants and beaches that we enjoy visiting while in the area. Would recommend for a close group since both rooms are connected. Would stay here again!

Beautiful property and home by the sea

Quiet neighborhood on a beautiful scenic property close to the beach We loved sitting out on the porch overlooking the marsh listening to the ocean. Lovely and comfortable home with plenty of space and everything you need for a great vacation getaway. Easy access to beach and many restaurants nearby.

Host was super responsive and we appreciated her ability to get us checked in a bit early. The house was lovely with the perfect layout for family togetherness while still having plenty of space for everyone to branch off and rest. View of the marsh was beautiful and relaxing.

Great house!

The house was perfect for a family getaway! A close drive to the beaches and local fun spots. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need including beach chairs. The neighbors were very friendly too! I would highly recommend this house!

Great weekend in Ogunquit

Thanks, Cary and family, for letting stay at 22 Prescott. Great house, great location, allowed for a fun family gathering. The weather could have been a little better, :) but even so, we had a wonderful time and look forward to a return visit! All best, Roberta Fusaro and family

Perfect Spot

The house exceeded my expectations! The area was quiet, yet close to everything! The house was clean and beautiful. The view from the deck was spectacular, we saw lots of wildlife in the marsh and the kids enjoyed playing in the huge back yard! We got some rain on our stay but the house had plenty of room for everyone to hang out.

Beautiful house and property

This is our first stay at this beautiful home in Wells. My family of seven loved our two day stay at the house. The home was comfortable , clean, modern - great appliances, with a beautiful yard and view of the marsh. Cary was very responsive to any questions I had. A great hostess! My family is looking forward to returning next summer For longer 😊

Beautiful home

The house has everything one would need and is extremely clean. Easy to get to everywhere In Wells and Ogunquit. Cary responds very quickly to any questions you may have. Neighborhood is very quiet, you can actually hear the ocean even though it’s .5 mile away and the view of the marsh and sunsets from the back deck are very nice.
