Welcome to the Anchor house in Wells, Maine-a brand new, nautical themed paradise! Relax and unwind on the large farmer’s porch in one of the comfortable Adirondack chairs. The house is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood that is close to both Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. This new home is quite spacious, with a large open concept floor plan with plenty of seating to accommodate large families. The kitchen island seats 5 people and the dining room table comfortably seats 8. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The sizeable bedrooms will comfortably sleep 10 guests, with the benefit of a master bedroom suite consisting of a king size bed, seating area, spacious closet, TV, double sink and walk in shower. Sit back and enjoy a movie in the living room on the 55” TV with sound bar and fireplace, where you can enjoy movies, or play one of the numerous games supplied for your pleasure. For the ultimate comfort, air conditioning and heat in each room can be controlled separately. Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the basement, which may be at times occupied by owner. No parties of any kind are allowed, including Bachelor/Bachelorette as this is a private neighborhood.

Ogunquit Beach 2.1 m The outside area includes a patio with a fire pit, Barbecue grill and outdoor furniture on the deck located off the Living room. Owner may at time occupy lower unit that has a completely separate entrance and driveway.
