Our Happy Place -- Updated Beach Dreams Cottage

Our newly-updated and renovated cottage is both a tranquil retreat and a convenient jumping-off point for your southern Maine vacation. Explore the pristine beaches of Wells and Ogunquit, dive into the invigorating waves, stroll the Marginal Way, sample the best lobster rolls in the world, sing your heart out at The Front Porch, catch a star at the Ogunquit Playhouse, or window-shop the unique shops of Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Or simply relax and enjoy Beach Dreams and its amenities, including a pool and newly updated hot tub, fitness center, game room, and tennis, pickleball, and bocce courts. You will be planning your return trip before your vacation ends!

Really loved it here very clean and cozy. Close to shops in Ogunquit, restaurants, marginal way and beaches. Nice pool and community. The owners were beyond kind and accommodated a difficult family situation for me. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone. Thank you for giving us a great place to stay!

The Beach Dreams community was very inviting and everyone was friendly with lots of amenities. The pool was super clean and temp was warm! We also enjoyed the hot tub. One member of our party enjoyed the fitness room. The beach house was well stocked and very clean. Vanessa and Brian were very responsive when we had to ask a question. We enjoyed our stay very much! Highly recommend!

The cottage was clean and stocked with almost anything you could need. Our kids loved spending afternoons at the pool aftera morning at the beach. The location was great as well with a near by Hanniford and a ton of good restaurants.

Great Cottage Away from Ogonquit Traffic

The cottage was clean and well maintained in a lovely community. It was close enough to Ogonquit without being in the midst of the crowds. Vanessa was wonderful with communication and even mailed back an item that we left behind. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends and would definitely stay there again the next time I am in the area.

Beautiful Cottage

My friends and I stayed for a girls' weekend and absolutely loved this cottage! It was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We loved being so close to everything in Wells and Ogunquit, and it was great that the hot tub was open! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Relaxing Beach Vacation

This place was perfect! I stayed for a week with my 2 kids, ages 14 and 8. The hosts literally have this place stocked with everything you could possibly need. Games and puzzles, full kitchen to grill or cook, comfortable beds, and the decor is so beachy and fun, but very tasteful. We are already talking about going back next summer! Close to beaches and all the restaurants and shops. Thanks for hosting us!!

Wonderful and relaxing accommodations

Very clean and enjoyable. Had everything and more than what we could need. My son is a writer and spent a lot of time on the sun porch. The pool and hot tub were amazing and well kept. So close to anything you may need or enjoy. Looking forward to staying again❤️

The Perfect Family Cottage

We absolutely loved our stay! Vanessa was a very easy owner to work with and ensured we had all we needed. We have two young kids (one and three) and the cottage was a perfect size for the four of us. The space was clean, the neighbors were respectful and friendly. Salt water Cafe across the street is one of the best eateries in Wells. We always look for a spot in Beach Dreams when we visit and Vanessa was our best host yet!

Cozy cottage

Overall, this place was fine for a short stay, but it was a bit cluttered with trinkets, there were some toilet issues from the moment we arrived, and one of the bedspreads smelled musty. It was a bit tedious to sort through the host's paperwork before gaining access to the property, too. Hosts were fantastic and responded quickly, though. Great welcome binder in the cottage helped us enjoy a pleasant stay. Well-equipped kitchen. High-quality TV. Thanks!

Very Nice Cottage

Great maine escape

Easy communication with property managers, very clean and cute cottage with everything you could need for family vacation. This was our 2nd year staying at Beach dreams but this cottage our favorite so far, will be looking to book again for future summer trips.
