I did not dislike it . It was ok the outside was nice the inside of condo was awful desperate need for update . The furniture and furnishings were ancient dark and gloomy . The ac was on the side of refrigerator hot in the bedrooms. Half the lights did not work. The toilet was for a midget. Sorry !!!!!!

This condo was so accessible to the beach and other attractions. It had everything on property that we were looking for! It was a great place to stay!

Maine coast half marathon

My friend and I stayed here for the Maine coast half marathon. The location was ideal and the property was clean. There was a lack of air flow because of the set up but we opened the porch door and were able to get a nice breeze and listen to the thunderstorms that afternoon. The tv did not work or connect to cable and there were not plugs next to each bed. Otherwise we would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay and found everything to be as we expected it. We experienced a little confusion about the need to sign in at the lobby, but figured things out. Otherwise, all went well.

Wells, ME

Easy registration and check in. Good location! Neat and clean studio apartment. Dark. Bedroom needs better lighting, perhaps ceiling fan and over head light. There is a distinct smell that needed deodorants to mask. The supplied Febreze fan deodorizer was out of pods and we could not find replacements in either apartment or local stores. Bathroom was clean, but mildew and poor caulking around tub and sink. Toweling and sheets were very clean! Bedspreads needed some cleaning. Floors, walls and ceilings looked well maintained. Screen porch was nice but could use some “love”. Bed was soft for our taste and sheets are way too big for bed size, causing bunching and need for constant adjustment. Kitchen appliances worked well. Old table needs table cloth. TV adequate, but could use an upgrade and better replacement. Internet adequate but spotty.

Maine during fall

We enjoyed pool and pool table. The only negative was lack of forks. Had to go to club house to borrow forks in order to eat dinner. We would stay again

Lovely area, restaurants and beaches. Condo was not clean nor was pool. Screen was broken and door had sauce on it. Beds and towels were clean and very soft.

Great except for smell

This location was exactly as advertised. Quieter than expected, to be honest. Only downside was the room smelled like fish, not sure if it was a previous vacationer or why that part of the experience was marred. Otherwise, everything was exactly as advertised. Overall a good time!

The sliding door drapes were broke and did not cover half the window so I had to hang a blanket over them at night I thought that was a little odd

Over all stay.

It stated there was cable and DVD player. There was only Netflix and the DVD player did not work. I felt they could have left out more towels for staying 5 days for 4 people. Otherwise it was very clean and nice.

Not the best

Outdated space that didnt feel very clean. Saw three large Spiders inside during our stay. Cigarette ashes and burn holes on porch. Kitchen sink didn’t have hot washer. No tv unless you have accounts like Hulu and Netflix. I needed to contact someone during my trip and couldn’t find where to do that. There was no “go to” person.

Perfect

Great location and perfect accommodations for what we needed. Had some worry over the contactless check in and lock box but it went smoothly. I had a question upon checking in and property manager got it taken care of immediately. Definitely would stay here again.

Wells retreat

The location of this property was very convenient for a small family looking for a getaway. The grounds we met very nice. The interior of the condo was quite musty. The comforters were stained and had a mold like odor to them. The bathroom toilet seat was broken off and requires careful “balancing” during our stay. The floors were in need of cleaning. The home was equipped with basic amenities and did provide a convenient base to enjoy the Maine activities and beaches. The unit would do rather well with a thorough cleaning and updating of bedding and bath towels and bathroom hardware.

Very clean and tidy. Well stocked with towels, bath soap, shampoos and enough kitchen utensils to cook with. Only channel available on TV was ESPN so we might as well not had a TV. Swimming pool was closed down for the winter.....information about the facility should indicate this. Close to everything we wanted to do.

Too small for furnishings

Owners tried to make this studio fit four when in reality it only should be for two. Absolutely no storage for anything. One dresser packed with linens. Plan on living out of your suitcase LITERALLY.

Awful bed but Clean & quiet room, super close to all attractions

When we first arrived the room was clean, stocked and I was happy to see we didnt need to buy extra cups, plates & utensils! The DVD player didnt work, so our Redbox movie on a rainy night was a bust but no big deal. My biggest and only complaint was the bed!! It was so awful it left me with back and neck pain for days afterwards leaving me to see my chiropractor! For what they charge a weekend, they should at least upgrade the room to new mattresses! Weekends away are supposed to be rejuvination for people.. not making them feel worse. I wouldnt book it again because of that which is unfortunate because everything else was awesome
