The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible by elevator. With two bedrooms, a cozy living room, and a separate dining area, it’s easy to enjoy a comfortable vacation together. A modern kitchen that opens onto the living room and a sofa area for relaxing provide additional comfort. The most recent renovations took place in 2022; the complex was built in 2015. The apartment is designated as a smoke-free property and is particularly well-suited for families and romantic getaways. Note: Teenagers and youth groups are not permitted.

The living area features vinyl flooring, as does the bedroom, and there’s an open fireplace for cozy evenings. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an electric oven connection, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher. If you’re a coffee lover, you’ll find a Nespresso espresso machine here. Cooking and doing the dishes are a breeze thanks to the provided kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware.
