The Seaside House awaits you in a location close to the beach, featuring beautiful, luxurious amenities that leave nothing to be desired. The light-filled living room impresses with its large windows and tastefully selected decor that perfectly complements the island atmosphere. A large dining table with a Nordic-style bench invites you to enjoy long dinner evenings, and from the cozy couch, you have a direct view of the beautiful tiled stove, which provides cozy warmth in the winter. From the living area, you can step out onto the large terrace with access to the garden. A beach chair typical of Sylt and high-quality patio furniture make your summer stay perfect. You can store your bicycles in the garden shed.

The house’s kitchen features an open layout but is cleverly separated from the living area. The amenities here are, of course, modern and luxurious, leaving nothing to be desired. Whether it’s an oven, dishwasher, or Nespresso machine—you won’t have to do without anything here. In the entryway, you’ll also find a stylish guest bathroom and ample space at the coat rack, complete with a place to sit.

Upstairs, you’ll find a master bedroom with a high-quality box-spring bed, perfect for spending long, rainy mornings. A flat-screen TV and plenty of closet space are also available here. Right next door, you’ll find a relaxing bathroom with a whirlpool tub, a large shower, and a toilet. One floor up, in the attic, you’ll find another cozy room with two single beds and a flat-screen TV. A small restroom is located right next door.

The highlights of this vacation home continue in the basement—here you’ll find your own wellness retreat with a sauna, lounge chairs, and a large shower with a Raindance faucet. Relax here on the cold days of the year and completely forget your everyday worries. On the same level, you’ll find another room with a box-spring double bed and a flat-screen TV.

This vacation home is a non-smoking property where pets are not allowed. You’ll find a parking space right next to the house. Please also note that this property can only be booked over Pentecost with a maximum of four adults and two children.
