This bright and spacious vacation home was lovingly renovated in early 2026 and is located on the first floor of a small residential building in an attractive part of Wenningstedt. The centerpiece is the exclusive, south-facing, fenced-in garden with its own sauna house and two terraces.

On the bright and inviting upper floor, a spacious hallway leads to the generous, open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area:
The very well-equipped kitchen (COMING SOON: A new kitchen will be installed in fall 2026) with an oven and microwave is directly adjacent to the inviting dining area, which seats six people, and the cozy sofa corner with a TV. Under the sloping ceiling, there is another sofa that can be converted in just a few seconds into a third sleeping area (1.50 x 2.00 m) for up to two people and provides privacy thanks to a curtain.

Garden: In the nearly 100-square-meter, enclosed, south-facing garden, you’ll find two furnished terraces—complete with a beach chair and lounge area—as well as a spacious outdoor sauna and an outdoor shower, all for your exclusive use. The lovingly designed outdoor area is landscaped with dune grass and a lawn and becomes a second living room when the weather is nice.

Location: This vacation rental is centrally located in Wenningstedt. Various restaurants, shopping options, and the promenade are nearby and easily accessible on foot or by bike. Weststrand is just under a 10-minute walk away. A bus stop is also located in the immediate vicinity.
