âWhat a great place! I am so happy we stayed for a weekend. The rooms are very simple, but clean. Loved having a little porch outside our backdoor to sit and have coffee. Speaking of coffee, they have a coffee bar with nitro brew! Heaven! The staff was so pleasant and helpful. The lobby is quaint and the common area had a pool table, board games, a library and a cozy couch to hang out. A little too chilly for the pool but it was well kept and fenced in. It was a 2 minute drive to Albee Beach...
âThis hotel offers a peaceful and quiet retreat. While it's a little bit outdated, the rooms are pretty clean and spacious, providing plenty of room to spread out.
A big plus is the inclusion of a kitchen in every room (as far as I could tell), which more than makes up for the lack of a formal breakfast service and allows for significant savings on meals.
The staff is nice and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. However, a lot of small things need attention or fixing throughout the property.

âWe had a wonderful weekend at The Nutmeg Inn! The lovely Inn welcomes you with a feeling of nostalgia and comfort. We were greeted by Karen and Kevin and felt relaxed immediately. The breakfast of Kevin's homemade sourdough bread, scones, yogurt with Karen's homemade granola, fruit and Gruyere cheese egg bites were absolutely delicious.
