Es en el peor lugar donde he estado nunca, en el restaurante no hay comida ( muy pocas ofertas) comida sin calidad y precios altos, pésima higiene, no hay un buen servicio con los clientes, donde único fui bien atendida fue en recepción, todo lo demás PÉSIMO, la habitación sucia, sábanas rotas, toallas sucias, TODO sucio.

Horrible experience from start to finish. I got there pretty late and the room was not ready. There were no sheets on the bed, the room itself was dusty and there was hair everywhere. I ended up staying a total of four hours before I checked out and had to look for another place to stay. The staff wasn’t helpful at all and very rude. The place is very old, unsafe and dirty. I was not given a refund for anything. It’s a dilapidated property and I would not recommend going there at all.

I was very disappointed, the bathtub is full of Mold and not maintained, the toilet is old and nasty. The price per night is way overpriced. This hotel needs to been torn down. It’s a health hazard. Complementary breakfast is a joke, bottle water is not even available, the pictures on Expedia is not true to the present conditions. Very disappointed. I was stupid to book here.

The security lock is broken I asked for it to be fixed and they never did. There was no safe, the phone was not working I spoke with front desk and nothing was done. The room smelled of mould. Limited hot water. Leaky shower. Housekeeping was great and kept the room cleaned daily.

It is not worth the hipe the rating it has is over rated. The breakfast that comes with the stay is not up to standard. Ine morning i went down to breakfast and all that was there was four pancakes and about two hot doges cut up The buildings have no elevator you have to walk up and only in your room have air condition. The bar and poolside us very hot no air condition even at the bar. The restarant the food was not the best. I would not recomend this place.

Staff was very nice and accommodating but room was terrible. Shower had no hot water and water barely trickled out. Breakfast was eggs and 3 pieces of bread with margerine. Will know not to go back.

Nice place to stay.Staff was friendly and nice.Food was also good.Rooms were clean and comfortable.Check in was easy.It is a little far from Georgetown Need to rent a vehicle to stay there.Also you need to pay a toll of 200,00 Guyanese dollars to cross the toll bridge crossing the Demerara bridge.You don’t pay to leave.You pay to enter.Nice view of the Demerara River,You will be amazed at how wide the River is and the length of the Demerara Harbor bridge.Pool was clean and nice.Walk with spray to ward off the sandflies.You will get to see a donkey walking through the town and the horses pulling load.

The room weee very spacious comfortable beds. Overall all it was like home away from home- all of the staffs were very friendly and courteous especially the manager who was trying his hardest to meet all of my needs in every way. To start there was one person at the front desk doing everything including attending to guests on the phone and in person. The room was dirty. We were greeted by a big roach in the toilet. The key fob never worked. The front desk person had to let us in whenever we were out. We were there only 1 night so I did not request another room. The rooms are not private. The bed is right by the window by the busy hallway. The curtains were not secured or private enough. For breakfast we were given scraps without sauce for pepperpot. The kitchen attendant, 1 person again, was very accommodating and made fresh eggs etc for us. He was polite and understanding. The exterior is clean. They need to work more in the cleanliness and privacy of the rooms.

This place need to be better upkeep. The bathtub will keep getting clogs every 2 days after they fix it same goes for the toilet. Some of the rooms need to be aired out. I think the staffs tryed there best to accommodate us however there is so much they can do with what they have to work with.

My guess and I felt disrespected and shocked ( $2000.00 Guyana dollars were required as a deposit ) Checking out the deposit was not returned until a staff member checked our room 214 and phoned their approval to the office while we waited in the office only then the Deposit was returned NEVER experienced this behavior from any other HOTELS guess George Willis

This hotel isn’t a place to take your family. There are three stations, one of which is a porn channel. The hotel refused to give me a refund although a refund was promised. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL

The eating places were highly unhygienic ( nasty / dirty) the recreational area are infested with drug (weed) users and alcoholics. Not an appropriate setting for taking your family. The breakfast was very shameful both in service and content. We had took the executive suite of which they didn’t provide any bath stuff, not even a drinking glass, nor a bottle of water. I would never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone.

The hotel only had three cable channels to chose from and the two that shows best is cricket channel and sex channel. You have to request to have your room clean , the AC unit is blowing on your head at all times

I was was very disappointed with this Hotel. My family and I were very uncomfortable. The room was very smelly, The bed had torn linens, The bathroom was dirty and old. We asked for a new room and was told that we had the executive suite and that they had nothing available. The walls and ceiling were dirty. I asked for extra towels and someone brought me two old discolored towels. I thought it was a joke. When I asked the front desk, I was told that that's all they had available at the moment. I have many photos to support all that I'm writing here. I wish I was able to upload photos to show. Front desk was not helpful at all. I asked to speak with the manager and was told that he will be in the next day after I'm gone. Please don't waste your money on this place.
