The kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, dishes, cups and glasses as well as stemware make for memorable meals. A lobster pot is included as it is a must on the cape. The well water is tripple filtered at the kitchen sink for great tasting water and ice from the icemaker. A Bosch dishwasher makes cleanup easy.

Two bedrooms are upstairs. The master has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen. There is a full bath upstairs and another on the main floor. the third bedroom is on the ground floor with a full sized bed and it's own ensuite bathroom.

Outdoors provides several areas to relax and enjoy. The covered farmers porch has a rattan wrap around sofa with a deck box for all of the cushions. The back porch has a teak dining table and chairs for an alfresco evening

Below the house is a beautiful fire pit with a Solo Stove and plenty of wood. The Addirondack chairs are a joy to sit in and enjoy all night long. Please cover the firepit when not in use.

A 4 burner gas grill is ready for you to grill to your hearts content. For your beach day, we have a full set of beach chairs and umbrella for your use.
