  • Nästan för bra för att vara sant !!! 3 våningar 2300 kvadratmeter lägenhet med gå ut uteplats till lägre pool. Övre poolen vid komplexet ligger bara några steg bort med underbar utsikt över havet. Träväg leder dig direkt till havet med direkt tillgång till en dykares drömvärld. Njut av snorkling, dykning, kajakpaddling, paddling eller bara ta ett uppfriskande dopp i havet, allt tillgängligt att hyra på plats. Om du är intresserad kan du också dyka lektioner. För din bekvämlighet finns det utomhusduschar och en sköljstation för dykutrustning. Rabatterade tankar och vikter finns tillgängliga dygnet runt för gästerna. En av de bästa off shore dykplatserna på ön. Bara en fem minuters bilresa till den världsberömda Seven Mile Beach !!! Seven Mile Beach är mycket lättillgängligt och det finns gott om badhanddukar i lägenheten. Livsmedelsaffär och spritaffär precis vid vägen. Många kända restauranger i West Bay-området. 20 minuters bilresa från Owen Roberts internationella flygplats. Gästerna får också 10% rabatt när de bokar vattenrelaterade aktiviteter genom Stingray WaterSports!

    Första våningen - Öppet koncept med fullt utrustat kök, bänkskivor i granit och apparater i rostfritt stål. Pulverrum, matplats och bekvämt vardagsrum med en 55 tums platt-TV (DVD, böcker, brädspel tillgängliga för användning). Skjutdörrar vetter mot uteplats och lägre pool.

    Andra våningen - 2 sovrum och 2 badrum. Ett sovrum har 2 enkelsängar och det andra sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och en tvilling. Båda sovrummen har gott om garderobsutrymme och det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare på denna nivå.

    Tredje våningen - King size-säng och en enkelsäng, platt-TV, badrum och stor klädkammare.

Great Stay

Our family had a wonderful time at Coconut Bay. The condo was perfect and we enjoyed the pool. It was close to many gorgeous public beaches, restaurants and the grocery store.

We had ana mazing week. The condo was very clean and had everything we needdd. The kitchen was well equipped and there were beach towels provided. Condo had in unit laundry and each bedroom had its own bathroom. Walking right out of the patio and to the pool was winderful. It was very quiet and relaxing, which was what we wanted. The host, Muchele, was very communicative and very easy to wirk with. There is not a beach view from the unit, but just a short walk to a beautiful view. Also short walk to a couple restaurants.

Perfect large family condo in paradise!

This 3 story condo was just as advertised! Cute, spacious and had everything we needed! The 2 pools were wonderful and the grounds were beautiful! A very short walk down to the water and snorkeling right off the property! Would definitely stay here again! The host and property manager were both amazing! So responsive and helpful!

Great location for snorkeling

Enjoyed the condo. Every room was spacious and clean. One pool directly outside our patio door and the other pool with a view of the Ocean. Loved the ability to snorkel just off property. Food and attraction s across the street.

Great stay in West Bay

A nicely-appointed condo in a great location. Well-kept grounds in a peaceful setting, away from the Seven Mile crowds but close enough to beaches and good restaurants. And across the street from the Turtle Center: can’t go wrong.

Fantastic Spot for a Friends' Trip

This was a great spot for our girls friend trip, with plenty of space for everyone to have their own bed—definitely a huge plus. The 3.5 bathrooms were exactly what we needed, making it easy for everyone to get ready without feeling cramped.While you do need a car while staying here, it was easy to drive into town. Plus, there were a couple restaurants/bars within walking distance, which was convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, and the entire place was very comfortable and inviting.Highly recommend this place for a group trip—would absolutely stay here again!

Best Location on the Island

We had an amazing stay at Michele's condo. There was tons of space for our family. Our children really enjoyed the pools and we enjoyed the amazing shore diving. Duncan the property manager was fantastic - we booked him for a boat tour and he took us to some 'locals only' type spots - we had the best time.

Fabulous condo and property owner

We had one our most enjoyable vacations ever due to Michele and the property manager. The condo is beautiful and strategically located to great restaurants and water activities. I enthusiastically recommend Michele and the property to anyone wishing to have a great vacation. I have already recommended it to several of my friends.

Beautiful relaxing vacation

The property worked great for our family. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us to spread out in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Beaches and other activities and restaurants were a short drive a way and the pools on site were a great way to relax at the end of the day.a beautiful place. Hope to come back again someday!

Great condo complex for privacy

Our family rented two condos at coconut bay. Our condo was great! Everything we needed for relaxing trip. Diving from the shore down the ladder was super convenient. Thanks for a great setup to meet all of our needs.

Family Dive Vacation to Grand Cayman

Wonderful vacation in Grand Cayman! Everything about the condo was exactly as advertised. 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 1 1/2 bath, plenty of space. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Condo opened onto patio area and pool. And scuba diving site was in the back yard. Owner was super helpful and on-island property manager was there as needed. My family would definately stay here again.

This condo is excellent for the large family. It's very clean and tidy. We had a great time staying at the unit. The property manager was out during our stay. The owner, Michelle is very responsive and took care of the things immediately. I definitely recommend this to the large family to stay. 👍👏

Wonderful Vacation

We had an absolute wonderful time in Michele's condo. There was plenty of space for all six of us to spread out. The pools were amazing and warm. Met many owners who gave great information for places to eat and things to do. Had an issue with the grill, but Michele took care of it immediately. Only thing I would tell people is to bring their own pillows as the ones provided in the condo were really flat. Other than that, everything was awesome. The condo is exactly as puctured. We will definitely book here again.

A week in Paradise

The entire family enjoyed our time at Coconut Bay. From diving to pools to just plain relaxing - there was something for everyone. This condo had an amazingly well-equipped kitchen- which us is a blessing since we eat in most meals. The condo was very clean, and the property manager was very responsive, thank you, Duncan. We like the peacefulness of the West End, but yet convenient to Georgetown. Quiet, clean and safe- what more could you ask for on holiday? I recommend this property.
