Whether you're visiting in the snow-drenched winters or the lush summers, our cottage is perfectly positioned for all-season outdoor activities, surrounded by enthusiastic local neighbors and fellow adventurers.

The Space:
Blending timeless rustic charm with modern comforts, the cottage's main floor comfortably sleeps 4 with a cozy queen bed and a full-size pull-out sleeper sofa. The upstairs loft, accessible via a quaint loft ladder, adds to the adventure with its low ceiling and accommodates up to 2 additional guests with a queen bed. It's an ideal, cozy space for those who cherish a snug retreat after a day of adrenaline-fueled outdoor activities.

Step outside, and you're moments away from an extensive network of ORV trails, offering exhilarating experiences for snowmobiles, razors, side-by-sides, quads, and dirt bikes. These well-maintained trails provide endless exploration opportunities for both beginners and experienced riders alike, ensuring every day is filled with adventure and discovery. You are only a minute away from a public lunch ramp for boating and fishing in the beautiful Clear Lake.

In addition to the Lake and ORV trails, the area boasts The Nightmare and The Dream Golf courses, West Branch Country Club, the historic Downtown West Branch, and the Prime Outlets for shopping. The cottage itself offers WIFI, a Keurig Coffee Maker, Microwave, a fully functional kitchen, and a compact yet efficient bathroom with a stand-up shower. A brand new spring water well was just replaced and the water pressure is phenomenal.

Guest Access:
Enjoy the rustic outdoor setting with full access to the cabin, including the firepit (we provide wood for a small fire each night... If you plan on large and long fires, please replace a bit. )also, a picnic table in the backyard – perfect for relaxing after an exhilarating day on the trails or on the lake.
