“The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The hotel welcomed my dog for no additional fee. It was pretty quiet so she wasn't too on edge which helped. There's not a fenced area for them to run free a bit which would be a nice addition but not a deal breaker. No breakfast but right next door to McD's. My only complaint was there was a VERY strong marijuana smell in the hallway which was fun to explain to my kids. It could still be smelled in our room but only slightly. We'd still stay...

“The outside doors were not secure, our key was not working and a man came up to help us. Took the key card and slid it between the lock and door jam, so anyone with any kind of card could get in. “We were informed upon check in that the pools would be closed for our entire stay. The main reason we chose this hotel was because of the photos of the lovely indoor and outdoor pools. There was NO note of this when booking. My daughter was extremely disappointed. I heard a lady in front of me with four kids who were there for the pool for a refund and the girl at the front desk was rude and said there were no refunds. She asked to speak to a manager and was told just as rudely there wasn't one...
