“Nice spot, spacious house”

“We had electrical issues on 3 occasions with the electrician required eventually due to losing power in the kitchen as apparently the dishwasher was faulty as well as dubious taped wires a concern. The blind curtain rail in the living room was coming away from the wall. The place needed a good wipe over on arrival with dust obvious, such as, on bedroom side tables and dinner table. “Overall a good property for a family needing space. Communication with the host was excellent. Some pans needed an extra clean and the location was a little further out of Canberra than I expected. Stayed with my extended family and it was good. ”

“House nice and grounds unkempt. Trees overhanging drive too narrow to use. Lawns needed mowing.”
