We received a very warm welcome and were greeted with smiles and friendly 'hello's'. each time we entered the hotel or passed reception on our way to the bar during our 2 night stay . The bar staff went over and beyond to make us feel welcome and well looked after. They were both very chatty and friendly. Likewise, each person we saw on reception was friendly and happy to help.
