Great house for a ski weekend at mount snow. We had 8 people and everyone had a bed, with two top bunks to spare. Great open concept kitchen living room dining room with a nook/table to play poker.Highly recommended. Will definitely come again for another ski weekend!

Very close to the mountain. Kitchen was well equipped with what we needed for cooking etc. great basement space for games and kids. Great living space as it never felt too crowded. Rooms and bathrooms were good as well.

Awesome Cabin

This place is beautiful and nestled in the middle of nowhere for a fun family getaway. I highly recommend it for families with young kids as the slide inside is such a fun touch!

Great house for a group of friends

We had a group of 12 friends stay for the weekend. The space was perfect for a large group. We could all fit comfortably at the dining table or on the couches in the common area. Front lawn is nice and spacious for lawn games, if that’s your thing!

House size was good for our group. The trash disposal requiring us to make trips to the transfer station was difficult. The great room was a nice size but really needed access to the fireplace . Snow plow service was not done well . We had to shovel from our cars to the house.

Family Ski Trip Weekend

Overall a great property for our whole family. Cozy living room area with plenty of seating, although the use of the fireplace would have been ideal! The poker table was a hit! The kitchen table was big enough to fit our big group which was wonderful to be able to sit and have dinner all together! The rooms were great and the downstairs was amazing with the slide and games. The master bedroom with the toddler bed worked great for us too. Distance to Mount Snow was reasonable!

Great House for a group or large family!

This house was great! Love the decor and the house! The location was great - just a few miles from Mt. Snow and down the street to the restaurants, etc. The house was stocked with everything you would need! The game room was a huge plus! One thing to note is the 2nd bathroom with an ensuite is in the basement. Which is totally fine, it just wasn't super clear. We had two families splitting the house, so one of us had to take the downstairs room with the bathroom. Again, not a big deal, but maybe decide that in the beginning in case you are someone who does not like sleeping in the basement. The basement is amazing though - games, work out equipment, TV. We would definitely rent again!

Beautiful home, great location

Our group of 10 adults thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay at this home. By far our favorite part was the open concept living area and the plentiful couch seating for all. Great location in comparison to Mt Snow. House was clean, comfortable and well stocked with essentials.

Great house and excellent service from Evolve

Both the house and the service from Evolve were great. The house was extremely clean upon check in and was large enough for our group, which for a few days totaled 10 adults and a baby. Two of the bedrooms are very large with en-suite bathrooms and the other 3 are relatively smaller. The great room was literally great for a large group, as some people could watch tv, some people could play on the game table, and others could work in the kitchen or eat at the dining room table. There was more than enough seating for 8 or 9 people in the living room to watch tv. Downstairs, the gym (including treadmill, Precor elliptical and universal weight machine), ping pong table, and additional tv area, was a big plus. As far as Evolve, the service was great. One member of our party accidentally turned off the switch for the main boiler so our thermostats weren't working. Mind you, this was the morning of December 26. Evolve has a technician in our house in less than 45 minutes.

Great end of summer weekend

The house was perfect for our group. We spent all day out in the yard and enjoyed brewery down the road. It was a great find and somewhere we would definitely rent again!

Amazing Mountain House

Had a great stay with a group of 7. The house is huge and everything is in great shape. Kitchen perfect for cooking, huge living room, card table and big dining room table. It was perfect for a weekend with a large group. Just a quick drive to Mt. Snow or into town for supplies. Thank you for the great stay!

Great Location for Family Trip

We had four families meet at Mt Snow for a family ski trip. The house was perfect. We had plenty of space and great amenities and it was a short drive to the slopes, shops, and restaurants, Highly recommended.

Nice home for a family get together

The home was as pictured, clean, and accommodating. The beds all very comfortable. We were there in peak fall season and the setting was beautiful. The grandkids enjoyed the ping pong table and finished basement. The location was great...a short ride to Mt. Snow one direction or the sweet shops of Wilmington in the other direction.

Disappointing

We rented in July. It was definitely uncomfortably warm in the house without A/C. We were told "fans would be available" and were expecting many more fans (i.e. portable fans at the very least) besides the 2 ceiling fans in the house (one in master bedroom and other in living room). The house was in a bit of disrepair (i.e. broken microwave handle, one of the stove top burners didn't work, missing drain stopper in sink, missing furniture hardware, and missing deck plank, etc.). We appreciated the deck being temporarily fixed with a piece of plywood nailed over the space as that was a major safety issue with small children being at the house. The broken microwave was a large nuisance as well as a safety hazard as chips of plastic often came off with use and would land in pans/food items on the stove below it. At 3 separate occasions, workers showed up unannounced at the house. The cleaning lady after our 4 PM check-in, the handyman, and the yard maintenance crew. This seemed a bit intrusive to us as it happened 3 times over the course of five and a half days. It should also be conveyed to renters that it costs money (specifically cash) to deposit trash, as we were initially unaware of this the first time we went. The propane tank for the grill was empty. We filled it up for the house. This was unfair to us to have to pay for and make a special trip to fill up the tank. The listing featured a gas grill, which one would expect to be ready for use upon arrival. The owner did not offer to reimburse us for this cost. Be prepared to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels. There was very limited paper goods (of the cheapest quality) available.

Cozy cabin. Perfect for families and big groups.

We spent here a long weekend with other 2 families. Kids and adults enjoyed the house. The location is perfect to get to mount snow and also the non-skiers can enjoy their stay. The house has a complete gym corner and a play room, perfect for children of all ages. The owner is nice and responsive to any requests. Nothing is missing in the house, which is well mantained and perfectly clean. You couldn’t wish for a better place
