“If you are not a smoker- this is NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! We had 4 nights reserved and only stayed 1. Even the bedding reeked of stale cigarette smoke. My daughter had a difficult time with smoke reaction. They would not refund the rest of our trip. Disappointing.”

“I appreciate the staff friendliness and allowing us to use breakfast area for a brief family gathering in the evening. However, please reserve rooms for families with kids on the first floor or another area. Both nights kids were running the hall, screaming, riding the luggage cart while their parents were either in the room or another part of the building. That noise all night up until checkout was very annoying and distracting to say the least. I’m just putting it mildly. I’ve stayed at this...

“Ok hotell utanför Chicago. Rummet stort med kylskåp, micro och TV. Tråkig frukost med vitt bröd, flingor o våfflor. Engångstallrik, bestick mm dåligt för miljön.”
