“From check in to check out Jay was phenomenally hospitable. It was a lovely and safe solo stay with my dog. Breakfast was punctual, the room was comfortable and clean, and my dog had everything she needed. While some things were closed for the season, it was still an enjoyable stay. The comfort room in particular was very relaxing. I would definitely choose this resort for future stays in the Cape and recommend it to others.”

“Kitchen could use a k cup coffee maker and large frying pan. Light bulb on microwave was out. Clock on stove was broken and the stove said hot surface even when it was never turned. Upstairs toilet kept running. Basement carpet had some stains. All just minor things that need attention. Overall really loved the place. Hope to come back next year!”

“I could not stay there during the arctic snowstorm of 2026. I did stop by to check it out. It remained unshoveled for the days I would have had it. Inside was quaint, good layout, natural light from windows. Modern large shower and super clean. Unwalkable because of piled up snow but restaurants, grocery, sufficient. I had to eat the cost of the unused week and wished we could have worked out a plan to return at another time. That would have made it a 5 star rating. ”
