It is in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood, minutes away from prime shopping locations and great restaurants. A short drive away from Calabasas, Malibu, and Santa Monica.

The Space:

Newly remodeled 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house with a spacious kitchen and beautiful private backyard. Features brand new furniture, mattresses, and appliances. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, reverse osmosis water filtration system, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and much more. You will have access to the entire property.

Other things to note:

Absolutely no parties are allowed. Please be respectful to our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9 pm-9 am. House rules must be followed, we don’t tolerate any violations and all violations will be fined.

Unauthorized people are not allowed on the property.

We have a gardener who comes every Friday to maintain the lawn and the outside of the property. He has his key to the back yard so please don’t be alarmed when you see him working there.
