As soon as you enter the front door, you're welcomed by expansive mountain views visible through large windows that fill the space with natural light. The open-concept living area features a comfortable seating arrangement perfect for gathering around the gas-log fireplace.
while enjoying the large flatscreen TV with Roku for streaming your favorite shows. The inviting interior features wood floors, cabin-style décor, and charming touches that blend rustic warmth with modern convenience.

The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to cook—from stainless steel appliances and ample counter space to cookware, utensils, and a drip coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table with seating for six, perfectly positioned to enjoy both your meals and the surrounding views.

Also on this level is a spacious king bedroom, offering privacy and comfort. The nearby full bath features a combination tub/shower and vanity sink.

Step outside onto the main level deck, where the mountain views truly shine. Enjoy your meals outdoors or relax with a drink in hand from a variety of seating options. A gas grill makes cookouts easy, and the open-air setting invites you to linger long after the sun sets.

The downstairs level offers both additional sleeping accommodations and entertainment options. It includes two bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished with cozy bedding, mountain-inspired décor, and closet storage. One offers a king, while the other offers a queen.
There is also a shared full hall bath with a tub/shower combo and vanity. There is even a laundry area completed with washer and dryer.

The highlight of the lower level is the second living space, featuring comfortable chairs and flatscreen TV (with Roku) for movie nights or morning cartoons, a retro arcade game with multiple classic games for hours of nostalgic fun and plenty of board games for rainy days. For those that enjoy an early morning cup of coffee there is a coffee bar equipped with a Keurig and mugs—no need to disturb the ones upstairs. High speed wi-fi is provided for your convenience.

Step outside the lower level onto a covered deck with traditional rocking chairs, ideal for rainy-day reading or simply enjoying the crisp mountain air in shade and shelter. Pets are welcomed with a non-refundable pet fee. Note: Pets allowed with a $75 per stay per pet. Airbnb/VRBO will only automatically charge one pet. The host will add an additional $75 for each pet if you are bringing more than one pet.
