Amazing 3 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms home with PRIVATE HOT TUB!!!

This space is perfect for a long weekend getaway or a long-term stay in the SLC area (it’s about 15 minutes from the SLC airport and 15-20 minutes outside of downtown SLC). It includes the full house (minus the basement apartment), parking in the 2-car garage, and the fully fenced backyard with YOUR OWN PRIVATE HOT TUB.

It has self-check-in option for your privacy.

The space is the upstairs three bedrooms with a large family room, large loft with game table and activities, and the kitchen is well-stocked with the necessities (dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots and pans, a blender, salt, pepper, and oil).
Full sized washer and dryer is included.
One bedroom has 1 king bed and a portable crib with an attached full bathroom. Another bedroom has a set of 3 single bunk bed and the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second full bathroom enters from the main hallway.
The loft has two full-sized sofa beds.
The loft/second living room, living room, and master bedroom all have brand new smart TVs so you can access your streaming accounts.
Children's toys, games, puzzles, and books are provided in the loft closet to help keep those little hands and minds entertained :)
You will have full access to the fully fenced, grassy back yard with your own private hot tub on the deck.

Guest access:
As for parking, please only park in the 2-car garage or in front of the garage. Allow room for the basement renters to access the west driveway. The house is located at the beginning of a narrow cult de sac and doesn't allow for good street parking. Please only park in the driveway or in the garage. You will be contacted to move any vehicles that are parked on the street.

Other things to note:
This bright and Cozy home is located in perfect spot of West Jordan. It is in walking distance to the grocery store, fast food, dinning & (Trax) the light rail public transit. Easy access to the major freeways and highways is also a plus.

It is only 24 minutes to the base of the canyons for skiing at Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, & Solitude.

Also, the basement apartment is a separate rental, and they will be parking on the west side of the house.

Please note that even with the space being exclusively yours you may at times hear basement noise.

The home is well-stocked but if I have forgotten anything, or you have forgotten to bring something during your stay, let us know so that we can help make your stay more comfortable!

We had a great stay at this property which had ample room to spread out. Heather, the host, is highly communicative and helped address a concern I brought up (nothing to do with the property) early on and put me at ease for our stay. It's a great location for the SLC area. It's near the main hub of SLC and the surrounding suburbs, but far enough away too where traffic is pretty tolerable. West Jordan has a ton of amenities very close to the house including some amazing playgrounds. There were folks renting the basement space too but we really couldn't hear them. We ran into them outside and apologized if our toddler was running around too much (we kept him in reign, but... toddlers...), and they laughed and said they couldn't hear us at all, so nice to know it's well insulated. The hot tub was really nice - we wished we'd gotten to use it more, but while there, it was go go go, so only used it once for about 10m. The yard is only open to the main floor house guests so if a private yard is important to let the kids run off some steam, etc., know that it was private. Quick note in case helpful - the garage door is slightly low so if you've got an SUV topper and want to park in the garage, you might need to take it off first like we did. It wasn't a big deal. This place was well stocked and as described/ pictured, they have a number of items there like spices, pots/pans, baking dishes, toiletries, lots of extra bedding, and so on. We would happily stay again. Thanks Heather!

The house was clean easy to get to and great to have a garage door opener and a place to park the car at night. Communication with host always had a quick response. Only downside was the kitchen didn’t have any large skillets. We like the VRBOs to make breakfast in the morning. That was the only downfall. But still a five start raring.

Quick stay for a wedding

Home base for ski trip

Heather's place was a fun choice for our family ski vacation. The home was very clean and comfortable, exactly as described and shown in the listing, with a well-stocked kitchen that worked great for meals. We had a relaxing stay, especially enjoying the private hot tub and access to ski areas via car or park-and-ride bus service. Garage parking was a plus, especially when snowing or wet outside, and Heather was extremely responsive and helpful with questions.

A Memorable Thanksgiving Stay

We celebrated Thanksgiving here and will always remember this stay fondly. The kitchen was well furnished to prepare our special dinner, and when we realized we needed some fresh produce a quick trip to Smith’s grocery store only a few blocks away solved everything. We also went downtown to see the sights and shop. How convenient that we could walk to the TRAX station and ride the train to City Creek! No parking worries, no traffic hassles. We slept in comfort thanks to luxurious high end mattresses and bedding. We were able to park in the garage, so no scraping frost from the windshield in the morning! Not many VRBO properties let you do that! Thank you for everything!

Great location, warm home, clean and accommodating!

Stayed at Heathers place for 5 days and really enjoyed it. Heather runs a tight ship so the house was tidy, had tons of clean towels, plenty of gathering space, TVs and Internet worked well, yard was amazing & beautiful, and the hot tub was just a BONUS. Location was perfect for our trip, close to the medical center, close to gyms, and close to shopping. Daybreak was a short drive away and a gorgeous place to take a walk or grab a bite to eat. There is some noise from consistent stream of public transit across street (from backyard), but it didnt bother us at all, became grey noise. Heather made this place very homey and warm, we would definitely stay here again in the future!!

Fantastic house with hot tub

House was spotless and had everything you would need. The hot tub was an added bonus. The light rail station is a 5min walk away so helped with getting into the city centre.
