Located in the building right across from the amenity centre, you’ll have easy access to all resort features. Just a short drive to wineries, shopping, golf, and local attractions—perfect for a comfortable getaway.

    After a long day of exploring Kelowna, take a moment to unwind and soak in the beautiful scenery on the partial lake view patio. You`ll find outdoor dining for 4, lounge seating for 2, and a gas BBQ grill, perfect for enjoying a meal or simply relaxing. If you prefer to stay in, indulge in streaming entertainment on one of the large screen TVs or take advantage of the fantastic resort amenities.

    Enjoy a plethora of premium amenities during your stay, including complimentary coffee/tea and access to resort facilities such as a sparkling lake view pool, rejuvenating hot tub, invigorating sauna, steam room, fully-equipped fitness center, tennis courts, and a captivating games room. There`s no shortage of activities to keep you entertained and relaxed.

    The condo features a spacious layout with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, boasting a contemporary design and beach styling that is perfect for socializing and relaxation.

    The kitchen and dining area are designed for both socializing and culinary adventures. The fully equipped, open-concept kitchen comes with modern appliances, complimentary coffee/tea, a coffee bar, cooking amenities, and bar seating for two. You can enjoy your delicious creations in the adjacent open dining area, which can accommodate up to four guests.

    After a long day of exploring Kelowna, you can unwind in the cozy living area. It is equipped with a widescreen TV that offers streaming entertainment for your enjoyment. Additionally, there is a queen memory foam sofa bed available for additional sleep space.

    Experience ultimate comfort in the thoughtfully designed bedrooms and bathrooms of our condo. Each bedroom is equipped with plush memory foam beds and premium linens to ensure a restful night`s sleep.

    The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed and a peek-a-boo lake view to wake up to. You can also relax and watch your favourite show on the large flat-screen TV. The attached 4-piece ensuite bath features a standing shower, soaker tub, and a convenient walk-in closet.

    The second bedroom provides a spacious queen-size bed, perfect for additional guests. Guests staying in this room can enjoy the separate 3-piece main bath, which also includes a flat-screen TV and ample closet space.

    For your convenience, in-suite laundry facilities are available in the main bathroom.

    The parkade has a height restriction of 6`8`, ensuring the safety of your vehicle during your stay. In consideration of our neighbours, we have a noise curfew at 9pm and do not allow events, parties, or loud disturbances.

    Guests have full access to the entire unit, as well as the amenity centre, games, pool, and hot tub. You also have access to one underground parking stall. The height of the parkade is 6`8`. If your vehicle does not fit then you will need to park in the overflow parking lot. This is first come, first serve.

    Please note that I do not have control over the maintenance or closures of the common areas and amenity centre. The strata makes every effort to maintain these facilities to the highest standards, which may result in unexpected closures for maintenance.

    Typically, the hot tub is open year-round, while the pool is generally available from late May to early October. Unfortunately, I do not control the specific dates for their opening and closing. Thanks!

    When you book with Sierra Vacation Rentals, we make sure you`ll have everything you need during your stay. Your unit will include toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, coffee, tea, coffee filters, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper, aluminium foil, seran wrap, garbage bags, dish soap and laundry detergent.

    We`re available to assist you by phone or through the booking platform. If your inquiry is not an emergency, we kindly request that you contact us the following day if it is after 8 PM. Additionally, if you anticipate a late check-in after 8 PM, please let us know in advance. Thank you!

    Pets are not permitted in this rental. We appreciate your understanding as this is strictly enforced. Please note that any violations may result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction. Thank you for your cooperation.

    This property is a 100% Smoke Free property (no tobacco,
    cannabis or vaping products). This includes NO SMOKING in the unit, on the balconies, or anywhere on the common property grounds. This policy is strictly enforced, with fines of $200 per incident. These fines are the responsibility of the guest in addition to any cleaning fee associated with infractions. Thanks in advance for abiding by this rule that makes it awesome for everyone!

    General House Rules (thanks for treating our space with care) :
    1. Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on our property or in common areas of the resort.
    2. While we understand you are on vacation, drug use, violence, disturbances, and parties are not tolerated on the property. A noise curfew of 9PM is in effect and fully enforced. If problems arise related to drug use, violence, disturbances, or parties of any kind, tenants may be asked to vacate the premises immediately with no refund. We must reserve the right to instruct the removal of tenants by city or police/RCMP authorities should this occur and tenants refuse to leave. Any and all damage to our property will be documented and claimed. A noise fine may be issued if disturbances, excessive noise, or parties occur as a result of your stay.
    3. People other than the number of guests specified in the guest party booked through Airbnb may not stay overnight in the property without authorization. No overnight camping or tenting is permitted on or near the property in RV`s, campers, tents, or any other mobile sleeping units. Visitor parking is only available until 6PM. After 6PM vehicles are subject to ticketing and towing.
    4. Please ensure all doors are locked when leaving the property at all times to prevent theft, damage, and loss. The front door lock must be fobbed from the outside to lock it when leaving.
    5. Please do keep the property and all furnishings in good order to prevent damage claims.
    6. Please only use appliances for their intended use to prevent damage and fire hazards.
    7. Parking: parking is limited to 1 vehicle(s) ONLY. Please park in designated parking spot in the parkade only to prevent being towed or ticketed. We do not reimburse for parking tickets or towing.
    8. Housekeeping: we apologize, but in order to keep rental prices competitive, we are unable to provide daily housekeeping service. While linens, cleaning supplies, and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We also do suggest you bring beach towels, as we do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units as they often don`t all make it back:( Missing or damaged towels are subject to a $30 charge each, damaged linens are subject to a $50 charge each, damaged duvet covers are subject to a $100 charge each. Other damaged bedding items will be assessed and quoted for replacement.
    9. Hot Tub/Pool: *if applicable * when using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Glassware/alcohol is not to be taken into the hot tub/pool or amenity center, plastic cups are provided in the cupboards for this reason. Please note, the hot tub/pool/amenity center are not guaranteed to be in working order or open for your stay.
    10. BBQ: please don`t leave the BBQ unattended while ignited, and we assume no liability for injury or loss due to its use. Children and pets need to be kept away from the open flames, and gas should be turned completely off from the wall when not in use to prevent leaks and possible fires.
    11. Water / sewer: please DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper down the toilets or dump chemicals down the drain, as it will clog up the plumbing. No feminine products should be flushed at any time to prevent this. Do do so may result in the toilet facilities being out of order while we repair them.
    12. Checkout Policy: check-out is 10AM at the latest unless prior approval has been given by us. When checking out: -Ensure all lights, appliances, and electronics are off -Windows and doors are all locked -BBQ gas is are turned off from the wall -Garbage and recycling are taken out. -Dirty dishes are washed and the dishwasher is loaded and run. -No garbage is left in the condo or strewn about outside on the property. - A full load of towels is put into the washer with laundry soap and started (on warm or hot). -Ensure all renter property and items are removed. *Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fees.
    13. Check-in and out time : Check-in is 4PM Check-out is 10AM Early check-in, baggage drop-off, and late check-out are only by prior request and approval. We cannot guarantee availability.
    14. Pets of any kind are not permitted at any time.
    15. Please refer to our cancellation policy as per Airbnb`s cancellation options.
    16. We require 30 days notice for booking alterations.
    18. Guest parties shown to be booked under false pretenses will be required to vacate immediately with no refund.

Perfect place with great amenities

I was visiting from Ottawa and stayed at Coppersky for 10 days with my dad and step-mom, who are from the Cariboo. The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us - it was spacious, clean, well stocked, and very comfortable and quiet. Having the well-equipped kitchen was a lifesaver and saved us from having to eat out all of the time. There were plenty of options for groceries in close proximity. The community amenities were amazing - a gym, pool, hot tub, sauna, games room and even a space to sit and do a puzzle or read. Parking was great. We had rented a bigger truck and I was not used to driving it so we didn't use the underground parking but there was an overflow lot which was super convenient. The drive to the city of Kelowna was stress free and it was lovely to see the lake close up.I would definitely recommend this spot and would absolutely stay here again if we are find ourselves back in Kelowna.

Our stay at Coppersky was amazing! It had all the amenities we looking for a relaxing vacation. We got to enjoy our morning coffee on the deck and take in all the beautiful views. The location was also great, as there were all kinds of shops within the area - retail, restaurants, groceries, liquor you name it.Loved it, hope to be back soon!
