“The room was great. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good with freshly prepared omelets. Our room didn’t get cleaned the second day so we had to hunt down a washcloth. The lobby had several seating places & it was quite beautiful. There was a very nice outside seating area that was spacious. ”

“We stayed for one night with our son and two small dogs as part of a visit to the Knoxville & Pigeon Forge area. Staff was very kind and friendly in the front desk and the morning breakfast! Room was nice and clean, very comfy stay, and a convenient location! We choose this hotel because we like to have a separate bedroom and the fee for 2 dogs was only $50. This would have covered an entire week of pet fee also! One thing I would have liked was bathroom access that didn't go through the...

“Overall, a decent 2 day stay. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but not terribly uncomfortable either. The light fixtures looked like they hadn't been dusted in a while. The breakfast spread was spot on though and the location was easily accessible with a lot of options close by. ”
