“Located within an historical property with modern conveniences in an excellent location with a beautiful view of the river. Excellent AC'd space and a comfortable bed aided sleep and rest. Parking space was a plus and fit her Jeep Renegade. Very convenient to conference at the Marriott down the hill.”
“The apartment was just like photos and description. Great location. Friday night it did get a little loud outside with someone playing music and singing. And the street lights are bright and the windows to master were not the way covered so it was kind of bright in there. But the unit is very spacious, well equipped and clean. The beds were really really comfortable. I would stay again.”
“We stayed during UT graduation. Great location, central to everything, and we thought easily walkable as well. You are right in the thick of it, so if you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring a white noise machine. The apartment was well appointed and beautifully and tastefully decorated. Beds were comfy. Parking is close by and free on weekends. Plenty of space for large/multiple families. And the rooftop deck was the icing on all of the cake. Great for pics and for creating “space”...
“I had a wonderful stay at the stone cottage in Knoxville!!! It was well stocked, host added a lot of extras, the house was very clean, and host communication was great!! It was a little oasis in the middle of the city and my stay was relaxing. Great fenced yard for the pups too!!! Thank you!!! ”
