Pet Friendly and Close to Local Favorites

This newly renovated spacious 3 bedroom home is located within WALKING DISTANCE of a wonderful local winery and Italian Restaurant. There is also an incredible Craft Brewery just a short drive away! The house has an ample front and back yard.

Enjoy the perfect getaway at our newly renovated 3 Bedroom House! The property is located near the Tuscarawas River and is within walking distance to a local winery and restaurant. Also close to other local wineries, breweries, and golf courses, as well as public hunting and boating access. We`re conveniently located near major highways and only 20 miles from Ohio`s Amish Country. The historic canal town of Roscoe Village is only 10 miles away. Great for a hunting trip, girls` getaway, or a fun weekend!
Downtown Coshocton and Walmart are 10 minutes, Kid`s America Sports Complex 18 minutes, Clary Gardens and Lake Park 12 minutes, River Greens Golf Course 5 minutes, Coshocton Fair Grounds 16 minutes. Fast food restaurants, pizza, discount stores and other shopping is concentrated on S. Second St in Coshocton.

Peaceful, low traffic county road.

Ravens Glenn Winery is within walking distance of the house, and the low traffic county road makes for a relaxing walk.
There are other neighbors nearby, so general continuousness is expected.

My sister, brother-in-law and I stayed at the house. Had a nice large living room and really nice kitchen. The two beds we used were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. We had a question about the TV and Matt walked us through how to use it, Thank you Matt!!!

Weekend stay

We was in town for a weekend wrestling tournament. House worked out great for getting a good nights sleep and being able to prepare meals for the next day. The winery/ pizza across the street was excellent. Thanks

Family Dinner

The property manager was prompt in changing the smoke alarm batteries. It was spacious but since it sleeps 6 there should have been 6 chairs at the table. The fridge could have been cleaner

Friends get away

Overall really nice. Cooking utensils could use update, surprised there was no dishwasher. Driving trash to different location was inconvenient. Beds comfortable, owners responded promptly to issue with power. We like to location and would book again.

great stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much at this property! If we are in the area again we will be back. The home is older but completely remodeled. Everything is new on the inside from flooring, light fixtures, kitchen appliances, bathtubs, etc. Because the home is older...there is an odd smell. We were not bothered by it but if you have a sensitivity to smells it might bother you. The smell was not in the towels/wash clothes/bedding. They all smelled fresh. The current owners did the best they could with layout but the shared bathroom is not super close to either bedroom/living room/kitchen. It is also very small. It didn't affect us. We just made do. The master bedroom is large and the master bathroom is nice. The mattresses are all super comfy. There are also plenty of towels and wash cloths. The house is spotless clean. The owners were quick to respond to my questions. The internet was fast. Ravens Glenn Winery is across the road and down just a little ways. It offers a yummy restaurant. You will not be disappointed.
