  • Welcome to Our Spacious and Cozy Home!

    Experience comfort and privacy in our beautifully designed 2,800 sq. ft. home, now combined into one inviting space. This unique setup features four spacious bedrooms, each with luxurious king-sized beds and smart TVs offering Hulu, Netflix, and Disney+. The living room is perfect for relaxing, complete with a cozy gas fireplace and an additional smart TV for entertainment.

    The expansive kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal, including a filtered water system, ice maker, and modern appliances.

    Step outside and unwind on the shared patio, featuring a gas fire pit and outdoor TV—ideal for enjoying a quiet evening or entertaining guests.

    The home offers a private entrance and dedicated parking in the loop of the shared driveway for your convenience. While we reside on the opposite side of the house, the space is completely private with no shared internal areas, ensuring a peaceful and exclusive stay.

    We look forward to hosting you in our warm and welcoming home!

    Please note: No smoking inside. A $300 cleaning fee applies for any violations to maintain a pleasant environment for all guests

Absolutely loved this house. Clean, organized, and LOTS of room for many folks. We were in town for a music festival nearby (playing at and attending). This was a perfect spot. Great location with easy access to Reading, easy access to more rural areas. Quiet neighborhood but some lovely shops nearby as well. Great host, great communication, and a great time.

The inside of this house was excellent. Not only was it clean and well maintained, but there were unexpected upgrades such as rain shower heads and convection ovens! The rooms were also nicely decorated and had toys and books for the one-year-old. The host was helpful and easy to contact with questions prior to our arrival. Easily the nicest place I have stayed at on VRBO.The only downside was the back yard which was not well maintained. Also, some previous renter decided to fill the gas grill with charcoal briquets which made it unusable. But, since we were there for the lake and not the back yard, this was just a minor inconvenience. The lake was lovely; a very nice vacation.

Excellent and pleasant communication with owner. Pet friendly- huge yard, safe location & walkable neighborhood. Clean, comfortable, & spacious accommodations for our family of 9. Large kitchen with seating & anything you need for cooking & eating for adults & children. There are plastic cups & plates as well as more formal stoneware plates & drinking glasses. Formal dining room seating also. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!
