“The staff is wonderful! Rosalyn was especially helpful and kind! I stayed with my son who is a wheelchair user, in a regular double room (non wheelchair accessible). He was able to use the toilet/sink fine. There was no space in the room to do anything but go straight or backwards with his wheelchair, but we made it work. The beds are very high and that was issue for him. Breakfast was good with actual food (eggs, sausage, potatoes, gravy, biscuits, waffles). The dryer in the guest laundry room...

“I was disappointed in the condition of the property for the price per night. I paid $263 (after fees and taxes) The room was clean but threadbare. The bed linens were nice but the towels were clean but threadbare. No grab bar in the tub. The TV did not get a signal and the door did not close properly. Also, the exterior door was unlocked 24/7 and I was the last room on the first floor near that door. I did not experience the breakfast area. Not a "Comfort" visit.”

“It seemed like a good deal when looking at the price but the room was pretty beat up and there are no amenities. Like you can't even get coffee in the lobby and no coffee maker in the room, and for a longer stay hotel, there are no plates, silverware, or anything available to support a longer stay.
