JAN-MAR MAX OCCUPANCY 12 PEOPLE. Welcome to Dashy's Destination, 4 acres of fun and relaxation. Located on a private small man-made lake shared with only two other homes (NO SWIMMING). FAMILY-FRIENDLY. NO PARTIES PLEASE. NO SMOKING OR PETS ANYWHERE ON THE PREMISES.

Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the private pond. Spend the day and night on the huge deck with a fully equipped tiki bar, chaise lounges, and multiple seating areas. In between drinks and food at the tiki bar, challenge your family and friends to a game of volleyball, badminton, corn hole, spike ball, bocce, or basketball. Bring your fishing poles to fish off of the dock (catch and release only). There is also, a fun kids play area with picnic table, recreation set, and toddler playset. When you are done playing outside, come in and enjoy a game of pool or foosball, play Pac-Man, Galaga, or Frogger on the full-size arcade machines, or play any of the many board games we have onsite.

There is over 4500 sq. ft. of living space sleeps 16. The open concept main level has a large, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a table for 8, a bar area with built-in barstools that seats an additional 5 (extra table and chairs in garage for use in the home), and a big pantry to store all of the goodies you purchase at the Holland or Grand Haven Farmer's Market. The family room has a 65-inch large screen TV and overlooks the deck and the lake. The study which doubles as an extra bedroom and a half bath round out the main floor.

A Beautiful open staircase with stone accent wall leads you to the sprawling second floor. There you will find the master en suite with spa-like master bath with massage table and views overlooking the man-made lake. A second full bath, 3 more bedrooms and a sitting room/ bedroom complete the second floor.

The walkout basement has a full bath, 2 additional bedrooms, second living room and a recreational area with a pool table, foosball table and arcade games.

Pigeon creek launch just 1.4 miles away. Launch our kayaks or bring your own, boat to launch as well. Port Sheldon park is just a half-mile away with tennis courts and playground. Several parks and beaches close by. Kouw Park 2 miles away, Windsnest Park Beach 3.5 miles away (great beach and great place to watch the sunset), Kirk Park and Riley Trails 5 miles away, Tunnel Park 6.5 miles and Holland State Park known for its sugar-sand beaches, beautiful sunsets and views of "Big Red" lighthouse with paddle boat rentals and playgrounds just a 12 minute drive. Downtown Holland is a 15 minute drive away offering great shopping, restaurants, breweries and entertainment.
