Great place close to the beach , downtown and port
We loved staying here. It was quiet, clean and the property was beautiful. It is close to the beach and the downtown area. The property owners are quick to respond. Check in and out was a breeze. The only thing I would suggest is for a roku or other streaming device to be added. We only had access to local chanels, which is fine. Everything else was great.

Cozy studio
This place is perfect for a couple. It is in a delightful old neighborhood and is nicely designed. One caution - the listing says wheelchair accessible, but it is not. The pathway has gravel and the bathroom has a small door, an inaccessible toilet, and a shower with a 4” step up. Aside from the accessibility issue we recommend this cottage.

Cozy
I found my stay to be quite comfortable overall. The owner showed much kindness and respect, I had plenty of privacy, a lot of room indoors, the kitchen came fully stocked, everything appeared pretty clean and tidy to me, I got a good night's rest- hardly any noise or glaring light-, I felt safe enough to walk around at night in the neighborhood, and the location had a very good proximity to the places I needed to get to. Yes, some of the things previous reviewers mentioned about the shower water being a little slow to heating up and the A/C a bit weak I did experience; but those things turned out not to be that big of a deal for the time I stayed. I honestly think I got lucky... Thanks friends!

It was comfortable, quiet, and safe. I was attending a wedding and my schedule was tight with little time to enjoy the cozy and inviting patio right outside my room. I was able to briefly exchange pleasantries with Julian who was outside doing yard work.

Honestly it’s like a block from a very unsafe area and although it was close to a lot it wasn’t very private and there was no off street or parking the gps took us to the wrong address because there are two of the same addresses which we were never told. No one asked us how it was going and there was nothing really there. The space was very small and it just wasn’t what I expected.

The communication was fantastic: i received in advance a video on how to ebter the property, the location of the key and the code for the lockbox. The room was sparklung, all the amenities available. Absolutely nothing to complain about. The garden was the highlight at the end of the day: quiet, beautiful, inviting.

Perfect place to relax
I loved this space! The amenities are practical and easily accessible. The bathroom and kitchen are well stocked and the bed is comfy. The closet and dresser leaves room to pack away for a truly relaxing stay. The hosts were quick to respond and super accommodating to our needs. Will certainly return for a longer stay in the future.

Perfect weekend getaway!
This was such a cozy little place for me and my husband to stay for a beach getaway! It's the perfect size, neat, and has a full kitchen which is super useful! The host was very helpful in providing directions and was very welcoming! Located in a great neighborhood too! We had a great time!

A cute studio in a cute neighborood
A tastefully decorated studio located in the Old Town in West Palm Beach. All necessary amenities are there when you arrive including some basic cooking items. The place is very quiet, clean and the host is very quick to answer any question or request. Recommended.

Comfortable private lodging
The casita in the back yard of this residence gave a quiet, comfortable place to return to after the day’s activities. I also appreciated receiving the pre-arrival video showing directions to the casita on arrival. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay.

Great place to stay
The property was clean, Julian was nice and explained everything that we had questions about. It was really nice to have a place that had everything we needed in it. Activities were just a short drive away, including the beach, downtown marketplace, and anything else you would want to do. You could come and go as you please, and Julian and Karen respected your privacy, but were also there if you needed them. This was a great place to stay for a few days. The air conditioning worked great, it provided a cool space so when we got back from what we were doing the place was a great temperature. The bathroom, while a little small, was great overall and had everything we need for our short stay there.

Peaceful Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the guesthouse. It is very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. We did not use the kitchen facilities, but everything you would need is provided. The sheets and towels were luxuriously soft and smelled fresh. The location of the guesthouse behind the owner's home allows for complete privacy and the entire property is beautifully landscaped. We were in town for Cardinals Spring Training and this location was convenient for our activities. Julian was friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed a few visits with Coco Chanel. 🙂 🐩 We would have preferred the hot water be hotter and quicker to warm up, but that was a small thing. We were completely happy with the accommodations and would highly recommend this guesthouse. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Lovely studio
Though small, the studio was very clean and bright, and worked fine for our week's stay. The bed was comfy and we had what we needed in the kitchen. Karen and Julian were helpful and responsive but mainly gave us privacy and space, which we appreciated. We enjoyed having coffee in the garden and being in such a lovely neighborhood! Thank you!

Great Location for a Great Price
This location gave us ease of access to anywhere in West Palm Beach and over the bridge into Palm Beach. The home had all the amenities we needed for our stay. I would stay here again!

great location and perfect for my trip!
Karen and Julian's guest house is in a central location of WPB, which suited my needs well. It looks exactly like all the pictures. I didn't need to take advantage of the kitchen...but it had everything you'd need if you did. Couple of things that they can look at are the hot water (Julian and I spoke about it) and the AC (it wasn't putting out a lot of cool air, so it had trouble cooling all the way to the bed). I would 100% stay here again.

Just the right size, location and cost.
I spent two weeks in the “Zen Garden” accommodation. I was working so all I needed was a place to sleep and eat. It was a home away from home. I enjoyed the quiet. Karen and Julian were very nice and respected my privacy. The only issue I had with the accommodation was the bathroom. There is very little shelf space. It made it difficult to get ready in the morning and I’m a guy. Can’t imagine a couple sharing the bathroom. I’m a short guy and the flat was fine for me, bigger people may find the accommodation claustrophobic. That said it was perfect for me! I enjoyed my stay and would return without question.

Cute guest house
The guest house was cute and comfortable. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is due to having to climb through flower bed to get around car in the driveway, the motion sensor light on back of main house shines into guest house (a pull down shade would rectify that issue), and the bathroom is very small.
