**Important Update**
Starting October 15th, the twin bedroom will be upgraded with two twin-over-full bunk beds, comfortably sleeping 4–6 guests in that room alone. This change increases the home’s total maximum capacity to 10 guests.

Getting around town is a breeze: The home is 3.5 blocks from the water and <1mile from the Square and Downtown West Palm Beach. Just a 5 - 8 minute drive to the stunning Palm Beach beaches! Take a leisurely 15-minute bike rental to the sand of Palm Beach and Worth Ave. Alternatively, use the convenient on-demand Free Circuit shuttle app to cruise around Palm Beach and West Palm.

The Main House

As you enter the home, the first thing you’ll notice is the cozy office nook—bathed in natural light, it’s the perfect place to check in on emails or indulge in a good book. The vintage charm here sets the tone for the rest of the house, where thoughtfully selected designer Mid-Century and Bohemian furnishings enhance the atmosphere.

The Living Room is a welcoming space where a decorative fireplace adds warmth to the room. With a selection of books and games, plenty to entertain you, and the open layout allows you to flow seamlessly into the dining and kitchen areas. Whether you're lounging after a day of sightseeing or relaxing with friends, this space invites you to unwind in style. Both bathrooms in the main house have been recently renovated for maximum comfort. The primary suite bathroom boasts a newly updated luxury shower, while the guest bathroom features a glass-encased shower, offering a spa-like experience.

The Guest Cottage

Step outside to discover a private oasis in the separate guest cottage. This retreat features a king-size bed and a newly updated en-suite bathroom with a luxury shower. A fully equipped kitchenette gives you the option to enjoy meals in your own space, or simply use it as a place to relax and unwind in peace.

The Outdoor Oasis

The backyard is a true highlight, designed as a serene escape. Enjoy the comfort of a heated saltwater pool, perfect for relaxing under the ample shade from surrounding trees. New turf has been installed for pets to enjoy, so your furry friends can join in the relaxation. The large, fully fenced yard offers a private sanctuary, complete with a gas BBQ for outdoor cooking and plenty of seating to enjoy the tropical surroundings.
