It was easy to find after a long day of driving. We were welcomed late at night by night clerk. Our needs were simple. Breakfast was sufficient. It was served on time by pleasant staff.

I was just in WPB for a shopping trip, so the location was near to all the malls. Ideal for me. Wasn’t in the hotel much but when I was there it was quiet and nice. Nothing much to do in surrounding area in walking distance.

Regarding my stay: When I stayed the breakfast was good so was the room and the staff was polite. However, when I stayed in the room the plumbing was pretty poor. The you would have to flush the toilet several time after using the restroom and when I needed a plunger there wasnt one in the room. So when I went downstairs I waited for 5-10 minutes and no one was there. A staff member who was refilling the coffee in the common area was nice enough to get me one. The water pressure in the shower was below average. So on a scale from 1-5 I would give it a 2.5 (Somewhat poor/somewhat average).

The construction is not the hotels fault. They could have communicated better. Beggers were outside the property and the surrounding places, gas station, Walgreens …

Ok. So my family and I stayed 4 nights and paid over $300 a night for a hotel that supposedly went through a complete renovation???? Unfortunately, they forgot to renovate the elevators. There were a total of 2 elevators for the hotel. One elevator never worked at all during our stay, and the other was broken on and off all 4 days. My daughter got stuck in it by herself after midnight on Saturday night after the repair man promised me it was fixed just 2 hours earlier and almost every time we tried to use it during our stay, it wasn’t working. Inconvenient when you are staying on the third floor. In the breakfast area, there was NOT 1 banana for all 4 days. I was promised by 2 separate staff members on 2 separate days that they would get bananas but that never happened…. My daughter’s bagel had mold on it, they ran out of grits one day, ran out of pumpkin spice waffle mix the last 2 days. In addition, this hotel DOES NOT accept $ printed by our US Treasury. For those that don’t like to use their credit cards and incur debt, this policy is a major financial inconvenience. Parking outside had multiple parking spaces blocked off forcing you to park toward the back of the hotel. I have stayed at hotels all over the country for the last 30 years and this location was definitely not worth the $ ,and I think I deserve at least a partial refund which I have never requested before from a hotel. I would definitely not stay here again and spend my hard earned $.

We stayed here while visiting a family member in West Palm Beach. It was very convenient, clean, and had every thing we needed. It was great to have the free breakfast each morning before we went on with our day. Also easy walk to a restaurant and sports bar right in the parking lot. Will stay here again!

My review
The room was nice and spacious clean what I expected the TV was a bit small and hard to see from the bed the showers water pressure was horrible could barely get the soap off due to the pressure and the room was hot the air barely worked and the bed was so hard I did not sleep not one min due to the hard stiffness for the price of the room the bed should have been a lot more comfortable the staff was friendly

Not worth the money
Our room was clean and comfortable. We had issues with the elevators operating as they should. We also were surprised and disappointed that we could not pay cash for snacks and drinks. The staff we encountered were friendly but had a few who did not speak English so it was impossible to communicate with them. we found the cost of the room was expensive.
