Luxurious Brand-New 2 Bedroom

Summary:
This chic 2 BD / 2 BA apartment offers king and queen bed suites, a wrap around balcony, complimentary parking, a washer/dryer, fitness center, and more. Inside you'll find a workstation, record player, board games, portable BT speakers, and beach gear. Centrally located, this unit is a short walk to trendy Grandview Public Market and just a short drive to the vibrant downtown West Palm Beach, upscale Palm Beach, airport, and incredible beaches.

Other Things to Note:
A noise sensor is installed in the unit. Our insurance policy requires that guests sign a rental agreement prior to check in. We will send the rental agreement to you through the app as soon as you book with us. It covers the terms of the accommodation as well as agreement and release of claims for use of devices such as hot tubs, bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, standup paddle boards, fire pits, and/or BBQs, if applicable. The sliding glass doors do not lock by design.

*Late check-out requests must be submitted and approved at least 24 hours prior to checkout date and time.
*To ensure that our cleaners start on time, unauthorized late check-outs may incur a $250 fee, as our cleaners charge us for delays.

The apartment was clean and fresh , very conveniently located, I couldn’t see anything close enough to walk to, (convenience stores etc) but everything is a quick 4-8 minutes drive. I have never been in a VRBO where the host provided so many extras, from hair elastics ( i don’t use those) a steamer in both bedrooms, dental floss sticks, extra towels, beach furniture and umbrellas etc. The decor was clean and modern and the natural light coming in the apartment is great. The apartment is also very quiet which is a plus, a fully equipped kitchen is also provided.

Beautifully furnished apartment with everything you need for your stay. Super nice and thoughtful host and a great price. Location is sketchy but close driving distance to everything. Not a place that you walk out on your feet. Upstairs apartment tenants play ball non-stop until 10 pm. Ceilings are high but it still feels like a below a basketball court.

Wet Palm Get Away

The unit and amenities offered were fantastic. Everything was clean and looked like the description from checkout. There were extras that we were not expecting like coffee and toiletries that came in handy. The host was in communication with us throughout our stay and we had 0 issues. Before I get into my only downside to the property, I want to make certain that you know I would book this unit again if it were just me or me and my fiance. When looking at the map, it looks much closer to the beach and downtown than what it actually is. We would need to drive to the beach to get our items there comfortably. We found Phil Foster park and visited multiple times on our stay. It had free parking and about a 20 minute drive to Riviera Beach. Walking through city place, I felt that the area was setup more for families with shopping and dining all within walking distance. I would have liked to see more to do in the area, but again this has 0 to do with the host, the cleanliness, what was offered, etc. our stay was fantastic other than driving everywhere we wanted to visit.

Relaxing and near everything

The property was amazing. Everything the pictures show and more. It's tucked away in a little corner, close to the airport and downtown areas. Hosts were amazing. I can't say enough nice things. Will surely use them/this property again when in WPB.

The place was in a great location. Easy to get everywhere. Parking at the property was easy. The host was super responsive and provide all details needed for the stay. It really couldn’t have been easier. The condo had everything and if you forgot anything like toothpaste/ dental floss and even hair ties the condo had them for you!! I will be back for sure!!
