I have mixed feelings about this property. Communication was excellent. The coded lock on the door was a little tricky, but we figured it out. The first thing you see when you open the door is a vinyl sofa with vinyl peeling off and the back split open. Once you get past that, the rest of the furniture is fine. The place is clean, and the neighborhood is quiet.Our biggest complaint is with the beds. The mattresses are hard and uncomfortable. My husband and I each slept in one of the double beds in the double/double room because I had a nasty cough. One of the beds creaks loudly every time my husband would move in bed. It even woke me up once or twice. The other beds in the house are just as firm.We did not use the pool, but we enjoyed exploring the area. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby.The rest of the house is fine. I could stay here again, but there are so many other choices, I doubt I will.

Memorial Day Stay

The west palm beach house was a nice gateway home for our family to celebrate the Memorial Day weekend. The home was easy to find and access, Amenities for use, great location with many neighboring outlets. however we had to the slightly displeased to find the cleanliness of the home subpar. Some of the dishes in the kitchen were not properly washed, the area around the pool had old leaves on the deck, and dead roaches underneath the pull out sofa couch. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay.

Reasonable for size & location

For the price, size, and location it was good. The “master” had 2 queens set up in it with a bathroom on one side of the house, the other side had the one queen bedroom, and one king bedroom sharing a bathroom. The house was reasonably clean and smelled fresh at check in. The showers were a little moldy in the corners, and there was no exhaust fans to clear humidity or smells. The pillows were very worn out, I’m glad we brought our own. The beds were super hard and squeaky. Couches were also very worn and cracked, but covered up with cushion covers. It was close to pretty much everything, and felt safe. So for the price, it was still a good stay.

Welcoming home.

A very comfortable property in a convenient location. Host was very accomodating and even had Christmas tree and festive decorations for our Christmas stay! Good amenities and very comfortable overall, though some furniture could use updating. Overall highly recommend.

Comfortable and Perfect for a Family gathering

This home was perfect for our family to meet and attend my granddaughters Masters Degree graduation. It was conveniently located and close to the Convention Center. The home was clean and comfortable for our relaxing. We enjoyed the pool for the hot nights. The owner and communication was great. Highly recommend

Good for the price.

We were looking for a place with a pool that was as close to downtown West Palm Beach as possible and a reasonable lower price. This fit all those. Here were literally five minutes from downtown West Palm Beach and 10 to 12 minutes from the beach. Great access to everything. Just know the pool is not heated, so if it was a month earlier, it probably would’ve been too cold to swim in the pool. It was refreshing this time of year as the days got up into the upper 80s. While the neighborhood is close to downtown and the beaches. It’s not a very nice neighborhood with a lot of rundown houses. Not the kind of neighborhood you want to go for a walk in in the evenings. The water pressure in the showers need some work. Overall, if we wanted something like that on the other side of the freeway closer to downtown, it would’ve been twice as much money so you get what you pay for and it was worth what we paid. It was nice to sit out by the pool and it has a nice screened in porch. That was fun to sit in in the evenings to have morning coffee.

Everything seemed new, it had good a/c, new appliances, a clean pool and nice deck with a screened porch that we enjoyed. It was very well located to attend spring training for the Nationals too!
