This stunning home was updated in 2021. It can sleep up to 8 people. In the main house, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 1⁄2 bathrooms and a private office with a computer for guest use. The guest house has 2 bedrooms and 2 en-suite bathrooms, a full kitchen, a large dining table & impressive farmhouse-decorated living room with high ceilings.

Upon entering the main house, you are welcomed by a beautifully furnished living room and dining room. Original pine hardwood floors run throughout this spacious home which is full of natural light. The primary bedroom in the main house features a queen bed, large his & her California Closets, and a dresser, which provide ample space and storage. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds and a large chest of drawers. The home office has all the essentials you’ll need to stay connected while you’re away. The kitchen comes fully equipped with pots, pans, plates, and serving utensils. The laundry room provides the convenience of a new washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, and fresh linens.

The guest house features a beautiful open living and dining area with high ceilings, windows throughout, and an abundance of natural light. There is a queen bed in both the primary bedroom and 2nd bedroom, with bathrooms adjacent to each. Similar to the main house, the guest house has a fully equipped kitchen along with a washer/dryer. All the TVs throughout at HD smart streaming TVs.

Both houses and the yard are equipped with a Sonos speaker system throughout. There is a beautiful outdoor dining table that seats 8 people, a large gas grill, and a separate seating area in the yard. The heated pool is a highlight, with led color-changing lights and the option to turn it into a jacuzzi.

- Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement.

- We have a minimum age requirement of 30 to book the property.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home.

- Please note: There is currently some construction taking place next door, which may occasionally cause minor noise or disruption. While we expect it to be minimal, we want to provide full transparency in advance. Our team will do everything possible to ensure your stay remains comfortable and enjoyable.
