The PH deserves 5 stars. Everything in regards to condo are fantastic. Excellent personal space in each room. Very clean. Love love the views. The only thing that was stressful with the check in because we couldn’t actually meet the manager(due to arrival time) and had to get keys from the front desk. Sounds like they don’t approve of it being a rental so I was so nervous we wouldn’t be allowed to stay. It all worked out great and the extra parking was a life saver!

My aunt and I stayed here for an event we were attending for the weekend. As we walked into the condo, the first thing that captured us was the view. Absolutely incredible!! The pictures do not do it justice. A must see! The place was very clean,tranquil, and fully stocked. From silverware to towels. All you need to do is unpack. The property grounds was beautiful and access to more beautiful views! Grocery stores, and nice restaurants very close to the property. Access to property and within is very secure. My aunt and I felt very safe staying there. Without a doubt, I would stay there again. Highly recommend!! Y.S

Great Balcony. Great location. Excellent amenities.

The title pretty much says it all! We enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to City Place was a plus. Better directions to find the elevator from the garage and from the lobby would have been the only thing we could think of that would have made check in easier. Very clean. Great views.

Family Time

The property was fantastic, the location was perfect and you cannot beat the amenities. We were a party of 5 adults ranging from 25 to 61 and everyone enjoyed themselves. The host even had an extra parking pass for garage which we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Alex!

Nice property - met our needs perfectly

Very nice penthouse condo. Pool and workout room were great. Communication with owner was easy. Downtown & beach area shops and restaurants probably not walkable. Free parking at the condo but elsewhere parking is somewhat costly. Condo furnishings were a bit dated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent this unit again.

Palm Beach penthouse

This property is spacious, comfortable, and well located. The pool, hot tub and club house facilities are outstanding - much better and more enjoyable than at any of the WPB hotels.

Family Fun

This family of 5 getaway enjoyed time together, exercising in the fitness room, soaking in the hot tub, reading by the pool, playing billiards, and exploring local restaurants. Apartment had what we needed and when the kitchen alarm was chirping and needed battery replacement, the renter was responsive by phone and email.

Wonderful getaway!

We escaped the hurricane to find this modern, clean penthouse condo in DT West Palm Beach! Just what we needed for a family of four with open plan, great views and close to shopping and restaurants! Condo has all you need for a comfortable stay, including stocked kitchen and laundry, and building includes secure parking and great gym/pool! Above all, excellent and prompt communication from owners— thanks again!!!

Very Nice Stay

Everything was as described in the listing. Communications were good and our stay was very pleasant. There is construction next door but it really wasn't a distraction. You still have the views that are shown on the listing. Would stay again.
