“We loved being so close to the beach with a wide open view all across the beach facing side of the house. The layout is spacious and comfortable and there was seating in the den area (one of the sofas) that faces the view of the beach. Check in was super easy and overall helpful using an access code for the door and not keeping up with keys (or key card). ”

“Smith House was an absolute dream! Kelly and Billy were the most amazing hosts and have the house stocked with everything you might need during your stay. The screened-in patio was our favorite spot for breakfast in the mornings and peaceful evenings after a day at the beach! Such a sweet and charming home - we can’t wait to come back!”

“My husband and I traveled with both of our grown children and son's fiancee. The view from the 20th floor balcony was incredible. We ate lunch from the balcony everyday. It was nice to have our own parking spot too. Bedrooms and bathroom were clean and roomy. Since we ate breakfast and lunch at condo, we had the essentials in the kitchen that we needed.
