Söt!! Nyrenoverad 3 sovrum 2 badrum 1920-talets lokala naturliga stenbungalow ligger precis i Mountain Grove. I ett lugnt bostadsområde. Med en stor privat gård. Mindre än ett kvarter från Panther Stadium eller Funeral Home ombyggdes totalt 2015. Bara 19 minuter från Mark Twain National Forest och North Fork River. 6 sovplatser bekvämt med 2 queen size-sängar och ett barns rum med två enkelsängar. Även drottning och två luftmadrasser tillgängliga för användning. Även ett paket för barn. Allt man kan behöva från köksredskap till en ny tvättmaskin. Centralvärme och luft. Detta är ett lantligt område med mycket begränsade motellalternativ. Den perfekta platsen för din familj att bo om de planerar att besöka området för bröllop, begravningar eller för att bara komma ikapp med familj och vänner. Vänligen kontakta mig med alla frågor. A nice house

We rented this property to stay at while we were in town for a family member's funeral. The house was charming and well furnished. The street wS quiet and centrally located with a Wal-Mart and several different food establishments nearby. There is a train that runs a ahort distance away but it didn't bother any of us. This is a good place to stay and we will stay again if back in the area.

It was wonderful!

The property was lovely. Everything was efficient and well decorated. The natural light through the windows was so pretty. The neighborhood was very quiet. The home was in a great location within close proximity to churches, restaurants and shopping. Mountain Grove is the friendliest town! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We'll Rent Again!

The Rock Bungalow served out purposes well. We needed to be near family out in the country, and this was a central location in town - close to Walmart and McDonalds. The bedroom/bathroom set up is perfect for two couples or a family with several children. Very nice to have a laundry area with detergent provided. Kitchen was well stocked, although we actually didn't cook in the house. The decorations were very welcoming. The master bedroom has a huge closet, also. The bed slept wonderfully! Owner says that more upgrades and improvements are scheduled. We will rent again when needing to be in the area

Perfect for is

Visited the area to hang out with family living in Norwood. The house was perfect for us. More than enough space, very clean, comfortable and convenient! Stephanie was great to work with and we will definitely stay again when we visit the family again!!!

Our Stay

We were pleased with the location. The appliances such as the stove and dryer seems to need attention. The dryer seems to take a long time drying and the burners on the stove takes a long time heating up. We also noticed a weak spot in the flooring between the couch table and the bar chairs.

Charming house

Our entire experience was stellar. This property was very clean and comfortable. Stephanie was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. The only change I would make would be the addition of a small dining table. It was difficult for more than 2 to eat together since the bar only seats 2. Still this would be our 1st choice to stay as a small family.

Acceptable accommodations

Place was nice and clean. Overall I would say it is a good place to say but just be aware of a few things going in. Train noise a few times throughout night. It isn't loud but might not be good for anyone who has trouble sleeping. I kinda enjoyed hearing it. Make note that this place does not have internet/WIFI. The listing does not say that it has internet/WIFI but since this is becoming rare these days might want to state doesn't have to make clear. Please also consider getting a programmable thermostat. We arrived fairly late at night and it was 60 inside when we arrived. Seemed like it took a few hours to get temp up to 70 and had to crawl into cold bed. Place has a bar/counter that seats 2. There is no dinner table so if will be eating while staying just be prepared to eat on your lap. If you intend to overstay the checkout time which I think is 11 be sure to work that out with owner well in advance. We asked to stay till 6pm at around 7am of checkout day but ending up having to pay for an extra day because of the 7 hour overstay.

We used the VRBO for family overflow over Christmas. It was perfect!! Very comfortable and convenient. The only disappointments were the lack of wifi and only a snack bar and 2 bar stools for eating. But, those staying in the house enjoyed it very much!! ;-)

Nice, clean house on a quiet street. Our grand daughter loved the 3rd bedroom, pink is her favorite color and she loves unicorns. House was nicely stocked with those items you need daily. We will travel to this area frequently in the future and will look for availability to stay here again.

Walkable Mountain Grove

How great to have a house in Mountain Grove that is close to the town square! It is great for shopping local and meeting people in the community. There are parks nearby. Beware of walking alone on weekend nights, as there are frisky drunk men out near the square. The description is accurate in the details. It is a nice house! If you are a reader, keep in mind that there is only one reading lamp. Otherwise the house is well lit with overhead lights.
