“It was not clean. The shower had a hole in the wall by the shower head. Major truck stop.”

This is not a result of staff negligence, but rather it appears to be ownerships lack of desire to spend money on repairs and maintenance. The in-room internet was not good at all. “Great layout: rooms, lobby, great hall, and grounds—very peaceful. Only issue: bartender (on June 13 evening) refused to put CWS baseball on a television, stating she was required to show ‘World Cup Soccer, if a game was being shown’’. I am fairly sure the CWS fans are a much larger percentage of your customers during the baseball tournament.”

“The room was bare and dirty. The room doesn't have lamps. The walls were dirty. The shower and shower curtain was nasty. The toilet kept running. The door has toilet paper stuffed in the peephole. It was NASTY!!!!”

“This place was great but housekeeping was yelling in the hallway this morning before 9am. Then proceeded to knock on our door at 9am and again at 10am. I was tired and wanted to sleep in.
