“Room: Clean and spacious, but the A/C didn't work well. I set the thermostat to the lowest temperature, but the room warmed up throughout the day and into the night. This made the room smell musty and humid in the afternoon. The mini-fridge worked, but the freezer shelf was broken and just hung inside the mini-fridge.
Staff: Helpful. They gave my wife extra pillows and my kids candy upon check-in. They were nice and respected the "Privacy" door tag.
Breakfast: Standard continental breakfast....

“We had issues 3 times when trying to enter our room. We were given 4 cards the first time and none of them worked. The check-in gal said they were having issues with the entry cards. I had to go from the 3rd floor to the check-in on the first floor while leaving my disabled husband sitting in the hallway on the luggage cart. I received 4 more cards and returned to the room and still was unable to get in our room. This time when I returned the clerk came with me to the door and got us in. We left...

“Pool and Spa were both out of order and there was no e.t.a. on fixing that. We were very disappointed about that as it was a primary reason for staying here for us and our family.
My room (406) had garbage behind the cabinet that held the tv/fridge/dresser. I picked it up myself. My fridge wobbled and was not cold enough. I compensated that with filling ziplocked bags with ice as I have medicine that required a certain temperature.
There was an issue with the bed closest to the window as the...
