Overall, it was a great stay in the perfect location for Yellowstone.
Pros:
- Service: from the moment we booked and throughout our stay, customer service was great. We needed extra towels and they were supplied promptly. No concerns with service at all.
- The space looks new and was sparkling clean. It was tastefully furnished/decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked for our breakfasts in. Bedding was comfortable!
- We loved the private outdoor space in the back. It was a great place to sit and enjoy an evening.
- Location: It was less than a mile from Yellowstone's west entrance! An extra perk was that we were able to walk to restaurants for dinner each evening....lots of options within reach.
Cons:
-there's no A/C in this unit. This was simply an oversight on our part when booking, so this isn't a reflection on the owner. However, our stay was in July and it got quite hot in the main living area midday, even with the fans. Thankfully all the beds are in the basement, so sleeping was very comfortable. This is simply just a note, in case your group plans on spending time here during Summer days.
