“Very friendly service, good amenities at hotel, good location. Not the best acoustics, could hear my neighbour snore, use toilet, their alarm in the morning. The hotel might need some freshening up. But in general a lovely stay, the place has everything you need.”

Rummet var något mörkt och safeboxen var lågt placerad. Städningen var något bristfällig i badrummet, exempelvis kring badrummet. Spindelväv och spindlar i takbjälkar.”
“Hotel was great, cant be faulted, staff pleasant, room was good and the location great. GF unwell on day two, were allowed to extend check-out time without hassle, very nice of staff.
Dont understand about the French thing of toilet in one room and sink (to wash hands) in other room - really strange, especially in a modern hotel.
The only negative side was the breakfast, way overpriced (E15). On the second day, we ate something in the town, much cheaper and much better.

“Family trip with two smaller humans, hotel was great, staff very friendly, walked away feeling very satisfied with the trip.Parked the car outside the hotel under some trees - think the birds have a problem with their diet.
The only negative was the shower arrangement after the steam sauna, very small, but we were close to the hotel room so we braved it :)
Great hotel, near to centre of Leuven, fab Indian resta nearby, happy trip for us.”
“Stayed one night in a family room with a family of four, one teenager and one 8 year old. Big and spacious room with cool design and a nice set up to sit in the windows. The kids loved the bunk beds and extra plus for a small shelf inside.
Lobby is very big and welcoming with many different areas to sit down on your own or together! We also enjoyed the rooftop bar which was super nice! You can also wash your clothes in a washing machine in a separate part of the lobby (for an additional cost)....

Westerlo Town Hall är bara en av sevärdheterna i Westerlo, så missa inte allt annat som finns att se och göra. Njut av landsbygden i området och missa inte kyrkorna.

"I do a lot of business travel and this is the worst hotel in years. As a business traveller I expect to have good alternatives to iron my shirts. They only had two irons at the hotel and only lend them out for a €10 deposit. The first of the irons was leaking water and I had to ask to have the other. That's when they told me they only have two. (The second iron thankfully was fine!) What was even worse was that the ironing board was a miniature version for tables and in my room there was no table. The legs on the ironing board were perhaps 4 inches (10cm) when extended which made it sink into my bed when I tried to iron in my room. To my great embarrassment I had to go down to the lobby area to do iron my shirts while other guests passed by. I can't recommend this hotel to any other business traveler.
The breakfast was very simple kind of Mediterranean with a few additions. My overall review - for budget travellers it is perhaps ok but not for business travellers. If you are a business traveler then you should select another hotel."
