“Quite little apartment with enough room for two. Wish the curtains were blackout as the early morning sun was super bright. Otherwise it was a great spot close to the college. ”

“There was no toilet paper in the room. There was blood on the doorway into the bathroom area, other assorted drips of what we don't know what in the bathroom area. There were bugs and hair in the bed. There were many lights out in the room. Late at night there was a lady outside that was screaming bloody murder. Later there were 5 cop cars and cops lining the balcony.”

“The carpet had dust around the edges and corners that had not been cleaned in a long time, hard to even see out windows, landscaping in poor shape and we were on fourth floor with window to backside Property on this side had trash everywhere and pallets strewn about.”
