“Overall a great stay and we'll go again given the opportunity, even if the shower was a bit tricky. Really friendly staff, evening dinner and breakfast delicious with big portions, even a small portion of the Cumbrian kept us going the whole day.”

“Lovely breakfast. Very clean room. Hosts were personable and professional.”

“Very nice and welcoming! The food and service is excellent. ”

“This was the best B&B by far I have ever stayed in. The room was spotless and a very comfy bed. The full Cumbrian breakfast was delicious and plenty of it, There was also a good alternative menu aswell. But if you decide to have an evening meal you are in for a real treat. Darryl is a trained Chef and the meals he serves are amazing.”

“We had the most incredible stay. Beautiful house, beautiful location. Would highly recommend.”

“Absolutely lovely place to stay, the hosts were amazing and so helpful. The views from the rooms were beautiful, definitely would recommend and would visit again.”

“A warm welcome as we arrived from Pete and Katie. Pre arrival we were given information on local eateries and advice re booking. Extras like milk in a communal fridge in the lounge were appreciated. Daily top ups of water and biscuits in our room. Bins emptied daily and room tidied. Excellent breakfast choices and beautifully presented. We had a very comfortable stay and would highly recommend.”
