“Rug was shabby in room and needed a complete cleaning throughout the hotel. I needed to use a cane and the walk was very long from our room to the dining area. No elevator. Wish I had known the layout of hotel so I could have booked a room closer to amenities. Did not use pool. Felt unsafe....leaving the hotel to pack car, there was a homeless man sleeping outside the door. Called front desk, they did address it right away.
