“Nice facility ”

“Stayed on opposite side of highway which was great. Plenty of space. Wifi was 5mb upload and 5mb download speed. Definitely need thicker pillows. Only actual complaint.. ”

“The check-in service was excellent! unfortunately, there was a problem. The hotel had a main water pipe burst at 3:45am. that resulted in the entire hotel being evacuated. I do want to say the check-in clerk was exceptional in handling this situation. He assured us the hotel would give us a refund if we called Expedia. I was given the info. that Expedia needed to process the refund and it appears that this will be taken care of. Thank-you so much and thank-you (check-in clerk) Art.”

“I expected a rough but genuine attempt at a Bavarian style getaway for our wedding anniversary, but was impressed to find it very much exceeded expectations. Our waiter for dinner(Robert) was amazing and made sure everything was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be returning! ”

“Website says they have a hot tub, but they do not. Other than that, the stay was good. ”

“Friendly staff, reasonable rates, facility in good condition overall. The plumbing in our room needed attention, slow drain in sink, tub and shower regulator leaked, rust stains on the tub.”
