“The check-in was extremely easy. A code was given for the front door - no need to meet with someone. The room and bathroom were nicely decorated, spacious, and clean. The house is an older house, but they did a nice job of updating everything. Breakfast consisted of French toast, fruit, bacon, and choice of coffee, orange juice, or tea. The check-out process was equally easy and quick. The Noble House was a nice place to stay.”

“Old Saco Inn in is an excellent family-run hide-out in a besitiful forest, very secluded but still near to most interesting things to do in the Mt Washington area. One of the best places we stayed at, incl. some five-star hotels, on our three week family round-trip in New England.”

“A great place to visit for a family in the summer. It’s right on the lake, they have paddelboards, canoes, kayaks, fishinggear free to use. There is a nice lawn with lots of garden games, sunbeds, barbecues, firepits and more. Our room was a bit small for three people and the table only had two chairs. But it worked fine for one nigit. The room was freezing cold when We got there but it warmed up quickly as we turned the heater on, but the bathroom never got warm. ”

“We loved the inn. Our room was clean and cozy. The mattress was just right for both of us. When we had questions, we were able to text with a friendly staff member. It was really neat that a binder full of information about the inn and the community was left for us to peruse.”

“I’m not sure where to even start with this review. All I can say is “what a view” every morning we woke up to the beauty of Thomas Pond. Every night we went to bed under a sky full of stars. The home is a perfect lakeside retreat. Comfortable for our family of 3 and 2 more guests in the guest house. We could have all stayed in the main home but the separate homes was perfect for our situation. Fishing, paddle boarding and kayaking off of the pier every day was so much fun. Great kitchen to cook...

“This was a great spot for an in town stay for a trip to Black Mountain. plenty of bedrooms, lots of provided towels and nice extras like bathroom toiletries, salt/pepper/oil/vinegar in the kitchen, some provided laundry detergent etc. Lots of snow when we arrived but the parking area and access were well cleared.”
