âStaff was amazing!! Everything was so easy checking in and checking out. The stay was great! It was so nice having the pier to ourselves after hours. â
âGreat staff but only one working when checking in and one when checking out made it take time and for this level of hotel there should always be resources to add.
The room is like all other chain hotel, itÂŽs like all hotel called the same designer and ordered the same furniture, carpet, bathroom setup. So un-personal and boring. Wifi was ok but not high-speed.

âThe location is excellent. The room and the bathroom were large and comfortable. Setting the water temperature in the shower was tricky. The service in the lobby bar was horrible but the other staff were very friendly and attentive â
âNo complaints at all. For the price, for a city center hotel, we really enjoyed it. A solid 4 star experience. We found alternative pricing via parkwhiz for much cheaper than the hotel option.
Would stay again.â

âBasic good value, great downtown location, comfortable beds, breakfast included however very basic and boring selection, attentative staff, I recommend this propertyâ
âLĂ€get Ă€r perfekt med gĂ„ngavstĂ„nd till restauranger, shopping och Lake Michigan. Vackert hotel med en nĂ„got sliten interiör. Rummen var stora och sĂ€ngarna sköna. AC'n vĂ€snades vĂ€ldigt saknade Ă€ven te pĂ„ rummet. Ingen room service finns vilket förvĂ€ntas av ett 4 stjĂ€rningt hotel. Det gick inte heller att betala notan i förskott vilket var mycket oflexibelt. â
âOverall the hotel experience was great with water daily, breakfast included and a free drink at night. Very clean and well managed property with very friendly staff. I would say the downsides are the rooms arenât very updated and the windows were dirty. But still overall a great experience and we would stay here again. â

"Good location down town Chicago. Good for family with kids with a decent breakfast included in the price. Busy breakfast area though. Crowded and hectic. The inner open yard sounds like a swimmingpool hall. Bed sofa not very comfortable. "
"As a swede, my opinon is that hotels in US can differ so much in quality, but this hotel is really a gem! Very clean, fresh and a great feeling everywhere. Friendly staff, great gym and in general a high quality experience. We booked with breakfast, and the breakfast is worth its price. Overall, a really great experience!"
