“Very nice and clean. Near the airport, but very quiet - we didn't hear anything at all. Good breakfast. There is also a Wallmart across the street, so we got some groceries there for the road trip.”

“We chose this hotel because they offered a free shuttle to the airport (CLE), and we could park our car in their lot while away. Hotel is nice, however, we needed to make use of the sofa bed dnd it was not equipped with linens. No extra linens in closet, either. The room phone would not work to contact the front desk, so my husband had to walk down to the front desk to ask for the linens. This was later into the evening. Our flight was leaving at 6:00 the next morning, So we needed to get to...

“Have stayed here several times , very nice and clean . Problem this time was In kitchenette there was only 1 coffee cup 1 regular glass and1 juice Glass. Could have gone and asked for more but it worked out do us , Point is they should plan for 2 people ”

“It was a night without sleep. Located directly next to the highway, you can hear the traffic constantly. In addition to that, poor insulation between the rooms. So the couple who lived next door felt like they were making love in our room. Had to knock several times on the plasterboards that are between the rooms, to make them stop. It was so emberesing. On the sheets was stains, poorly cleaned room, dead mosquitoes and a fly by the window. The staff was nice. ”

“There was a rotten running around in the room. I called Expendia for a full refund and I still have not gotten in. This was almost a week ago. Expendia charged me card. I did not even receive me security deposit back. ”

“The whole place smelled smoky and damp. There was NOT breakfast. Booked a room with one queen bed, was given a room with two double beds. There wasn’t a drain stopper in the tub and the clerk said they don’t have any. ”

“Only person who spoke English was person at desk. No one check on morning breakfast to make sure everything was okay. Didn't put toilet paper & towels in downstairs restrooms for at least a day after being told. Windows really needed cleaning. Tub faucet was loose. ”

“Since i paid for the room thru Expedia and there was an issue with not only my check in but there was no working hot water, i would expect Expedia to reimburse me for my one night stay ($79) instead of offering me $20 OneKey cash points. Red Roof has offered me their own points (over 6K) for the inconvenience. I don't travel much at all as I can't afford it. I would expect better. ”

“Reeked of smoke. Like so bad that my bads were still smelling afterwards and my throath hurth in the morning. Guy at reception was nice though. ”

“-Multiple soft spots in the floor under the carpet. If the right person steps on certain spots their foot will go through the floor. -some loose dog food found in pantry cupboard -boogers left on the wall opposite the toilet -curtains with minor damage -bathtub finish has damage and messy caulk -bathroom fan caked with dust -toilet takes a long time to flush -Refrigerator is missing the door handle -the room smelled of dog and food although I signed an agreement not to have animals in the room....

“The room was not clean at all. Dry crusted food in the microwave, stained towels that looked used, used bar of soap in the tub, sticky spot on the bathroom floor that had collected dust and dirt, stain on a pillow, didn’t look swept at all and we even came across a small dubia cockroach in the bathroom. When I went to complain, someone was already doing the same and when she walked away the lady at the front desk rolled her eyes right in front of me.”

“A little below the average Hilton, but overall good. Nappy old bed cover was replaced the 2nd day, but nothing was done about the metal bedframe protruding 5" that gave a good cut on my leg. Comfortable bed and pillows.”
