Hotell nära Westminster Diamond

“staff are lovely and very helpful”

“Great location Convenient underground parking Various breakfast options Spotless and spacious suite”

“Bra och lugnt läge nära Western University och inte så långt med bil till restauranger m.m. Ganska stora rum som är enkla, t ex eluttag endast i badrummet och endast en tv-kanal (liten tv). Vi hade bokat ett rum med privat badrum men fick först ett rum med toalett men utan dusch. Vi kunde byta rum men då stämde inte priset som vi fick när vi bokade rummet.”

“Elevator was down, tv didn’t turn on but otherwise nice”

“Arcade was a furnace. Other than that great stay”

“Staff was really nice”

“Great value for cost. Bed was comfortable. Unit was clean, smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. Some dishes but some were missing. Kettles did not work. I have to say what gave it such a great rating was the helpful staff and it was so quiet as the traffic slowed right down overnight!”

“The toilet was clogged, and despite waiting several hours for someone to provide a plunger, I ultimately had to unclog it myself. The room was unfinished and only partially painted, there was no tea kettle provided, and the hotel backs directly onto a trucking business. The noise from the trucks was so disruptive that getting a decent night's sleep was virtually impossible. Overall, the room was not in an acceptable condition, and the experience was extremely disappointing.”

“Very clean and friendly staff”

“That's the worst thing have ever heard from a hotel by the way, towel shortage! I booked a 1 bedroom suite which has the capacity of 4 people, am here with my wife and 2 kids with 1 infant and I get only 2 towels!Bad experience!”

“Need to retrain staff and management. Unclean”
